Good morning everybody - I hope you had a good holiday weekend with your families! Wanted to get some additional details out regarding the tournament this weekend.

Communication will all be done through the website. Pass along this information to your teams and families to follow their team and sign up for email and text notifications for any updates.

Tournament Website

Facilities will open at 7:30am each day.This is at both PAC and Mojo.

Please park in designated parking spaces. Specifically at PAC, do NOT park in the grass or fire lanes or your vehicle will be towed. If both lots in front of the PAC are full, please utilize Lot G just to the west.

Brackets can be found online by selecting your age group and scrolling to the very bottom. Select the Gold or Silver bracket and click view to see the bracket schedule view. You can download the Exposure Events app or bookmark the page below in a browser and find the Crossroads Clash tournament for ease of navigation.

Admission - admission will be collected at PAC only. All teams playing at Mojo during the day Friday will pay admission when they arrive at their game at PAC on Friday afternoon or Saturday.

There will be one price for the entire weekend.

7 and under - Free
8 and over - $15
Family in same household max - $60

You will be able to pay by cash or card.

Hi everybody!

The schedule has been released for initial review. You can find it under the Schedule tab from the Exposure website. Click an age group and scroll to the bottom of the page to see the brackets. You can also fo to the Teams tab and find your team within a certain age group.

Please let your families and coaches know they can sign up to follow a team and recieve any event or schedule updates in the coming days and during the event by clicking on their team name and following the instructions under Notifications to sign up for text or email alerts.

With 137 teams, we have a full day of games Friday and Saturday with little wiggle room. We tried to accommodate as many requests as possible, if there are any major conflicts or errors, please let me know and we will get adjusted.

Hi all - I am sending this to the primary contacts that you provided when signing up for the Clash. If you have somebody else that needs to be on the notification list for one of your teams, please send to me and I can update.

We currently have 140 teams signed up for the tournament, so wanted to get a few administrative activities out leading up to the Clash.

Team Evaluation Form
I need you or your coaches to fill out the team eval form. This is simply selecting your age level, team name, and ranking if you are a top, average, or bottom team. We will work to pair teams for initial matchups against somebody outside of your region, but knowing that we still want to keep the best teams from playing early rounds.

Schedule/Coaching Requests
With 140 teams signed up, we will do our best to accommodate requests, but note that it will be difficult to honor everything. If you have specific coaching overlaps or restrictions, please email me directly so I can input to the system.

Our goal is to have the initial schedule set by the 24th at the latest. We will be utilizing 2 facilities again this year, primarily at the Pacers Athletic Center in Westfield, but also using Mojo Sports Complex in Noblesville during the day on Friday.
