We look forward to our weekend together! We wanted to let you all know that final changes and amendments have been made to the schedules, so please take another look at it to help keep us running efficiently, effectively and on time.

KIDS 8 & UNDER $5 PER DAY

ANYONE 8 & OLDER $10 PER DAY
MUST HAVE WRISTBAND ON FOR RE-ENTRY

WE ASK THAT ALL COACHES AND TEAM MANAGERS INFORM PARENTS AND FANS THAT WE ENCOURAGE A POSITIVE ENVIRONMENT AND WHILE WE UNDERSTAND COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENTS DO GET EXCITING AT TIMES THERE IS ZERO TOLLERANCE FOR UNSPORTSMAN LIKE CONDUCT TOWARDS ANY OTHER FAN, COACH, PLAYER OR REFEREES.
WE WILL HAVE STAFF AND SECURITY ON HAND TO HANDLE ANY ISSUES THAT MAY OCCUR. LETS JUST PLAY BALL AND HAVE FUN.


RULES

3RD/4TH GRADE & 5/6 GRADE
Teams will play four 8-minute quarters with a 1-minute interval in between and a 5-minute halftime.

The clock will run continuously except for the last 2 minutes of the 4th quarter and on free throws. 

Each team is allowed 2 timeouts per half, each lasting 1 minute.

Each team is allowed 8 fouls per half before the opposing team enters the bonus. The bonus will be 1-and-1.

A player is allowed 6 fouls per game before fouling out.

Press Defense IS allowed unless one team is up by 15 then half court defense is required. 

If regulation ends in a tie, teams will play a 3-minute overtime, with each team allowed one 1-minute timeout.

If teams are tied at the end of overtime, they will play a sudden death double overtime with no timeouts.

All teams will play 2 pool play games followed by single elimination bracket play. The brackets will proceed as follows:
The highest seed remaining will play the lowest seed remaining. For example, if your division has 8 teams, the 1st seed will play the 8th seed, the 2nd seed will play the 7th seed, the 3rd seed will play the 6th seed, and the 4th seed will play the 5th seed. The next round will follow the same format.

Tie Breakers for bracket seeding go as follows in order: 
~1. Fewest Pointes Allowed
~2. Highest Point Differential 
~3. Points Scored

All scores and brackets will be posted on Exposure, and Exposure will send notifications every time there is an update in your division.

High School Divisions

NO RESTRICTIONS ON PRESS DEFENSE AT THIS LEVEL.

If regulation ends in a tie, teams will play a 5-minute overtime, with each team allowed one 1-minute timeout.

If teams are tied at the end of overtime, they will play a sudden death double overtime with no timeouts.

We wanted to first thank you all for signing up for the very first Hot Shots Extravaganza basketball tournament for our youth! This tournament will be a fun and energetic day for everyone! Concessions will be offered in each gym, so plesae don't forget to come see us.
