Good Evening, Coaches!

Just a quick reminder—Rosters lock tonight at 10 PM. Please ensure the following information is uploaded into Exposure:

Player's first and last name
Player's jersey number
Coach's name
Each team will receive 2 coach bands for the event. Coaches must bring a photo ID to check in and receive their bands.

A printed copy of your NSID-verified roster must be presented at check-in. If any of your players have not completed their verification, please have them complete it using the link below:

Hello Coaches,

We are thrilled to have you and your team(s) participating in our ESE Gladiator Games event! The schedule is now live, so please review it and make any necessary arrangements. Please note that while we did our best to accommodate schedule requests, they are not guaranteed.

Court Monitor:
The home team is welcome to assist the scorekeeper with stats, but please remember that the scorekeeper’s book is the official record. If there are any issues, the court monitor will be present to address them. All court monitors should introduce themselves to you before the game starts, so please locate them before your game begins.

Check-In:
Check-in will start on Saturday morning at 10:00 AM. Each team will receive two coach bands, and coaches must be listed in Exposure to receive a band.

Warm-Up Balls:
For this event, coaches will need to provide their own warm-up balls. We will only be providing the game ball. Tournament rules will be available on the Exposure website under the "Documents" section.

Rosters:
Rosters are pre-printed and will be at the score table before your game. These are the official score sheets, and no additions will be made. Any jersey number changes must be made during check-in or approved by the Director (Rob Fessler).

Registration:
Please sign in to your Exposure account and ensure all players have their current jersey numbers in the system. Rosters will lock on September 19th at 10:00 AM. To follow the game schedule, please use the Exposure app Game Schedule. The app designates the home team with an (H) and the visitors with a (V).

NSID:
All players NSIDs must be presented at check-in. Please place NSIDs on the scorer's table before the game starts.

Please submit your scheduling wishes to rob@elitesportseventsfl.com by tonight 9/17/24 at 9pm. Any requests received after that time will not be able to be considered - games will begin on Saturday at 11am.

1. All payments are now due. We have multiple avenues to complete your payment, please use one of the following Exposure Basketball, Zelle, or an invoice (there is a 6% processing fee for invoicing).

2. All rosters will be locked on September 19th at 10am. Please be sure your coaches and players are all listed in Exposure and each player has a jersey number assigned.

3. NSID - All players MUST have their NSID verification completed. Coaches DO NOT need to be verified, but the team must have a fully verified printed roster or individual player verification to present at check-in. They must be placed on the score table for each game. If your players have not completed their verification, please have them complete the process here ---->>>>
