Hello Coaches,

Rosters are now locked. Any changes that were not completed prior to 5pm will need to be completed at coaches check-in. If you did not load your roster, or need to make changes please arrive 60 minutes prior to your game start time. There will be a $15.00 roster fee.

*Players may only play on one team per grade/division.
*Players cannot be added after the start of the first game.
*Players must be on your roster Game 1 in order to play this weekend. Once your 1st game is started, your rosters are locked and no additions can be made.

Check-In: Check-in starts Saturday at 8:00 AM.
Only 2 coaches' bands will be issued per team—coaches must be listed in Exposure and present a photo ID.

Warm-Up Balls: Coaches, please bring your own warm-up balls. We will only provide a game ball.

Tournament rules are available on the Exposure app under the Documents section.

Game Schedule: Use the Exposure app to follow the game schedule. The app indicates the home team (H) and visitor team (V).

NSID Verification:
All players must present NSID verification at check-in.
Place NSID cards on the scorer’s table before the game starts.

Spectator Passes:
$20 Adult one-day pass
$35 Weekend pass
$10 Kid pass

Tickets can be purchased online or at the door (cash or card).

Please check your schedule tonight and again Saturday morning in case of any updates.

Registration:

Please sign in to your Exposure account and ensure all your players have current jersey numbers in the system. Rosters will lock TODAY November 8th at 5pm. Please use this time to review your rosters, any changes requested at check-in will incur a $15.00 fee.

Any jersey number changes need to be made during check-in or approved by Director Rob Fessler or the check-in staff.

Hello Coaches,

We are so excited to have you and your team(s) participating at the Gladiator Games II. The schedule is live! Please make the schedule work. Please note: schedule requests aren’t a guarantee just a request. We did our best to accommodate as many requests as we could.

Court monitor:

The home team is welcomed to assist the scorekeeper with stats, etc. The scorekeeper is the official book. If there's an issue the court monitor will be present and will address any issues. All court monitors should introduce themselves to you before the game starts. Please find the court monitor before your game.

Check in:

Check in will start Saturday @ 8:00 am. Only 2 coaches' bands will be given per team - coaches MUST be listed in Exposure and have a photo ID.

Warm-Up Balls:

For this event coaches will provide their own warm up balls. We will only provide a game ball. On the exposure website under documents we will attach the tournament rules.

*Schedule Requests
Please submit your schedule requests to rob@elitesportseventsfl.com by tomorrow, November 6th at 12 PM. Games will begin at 9 AM on Saturday, November 9th.

*Rosters
We use pre-printed score sheets for this event, so please ensure that your full roster, including player names, jersey numbers, and coaches’ names, is listed in your Exposure account. Rosters will lock on November 8th at 5 PM—no changes can be made after this time. Any last-minute updates will need to be handled at check-in.

*NSID Verification
All players must be NSID verified to participate. A printed copy of your NSID-verified roster must be presented at check-in.
