4th Annual Kings Court Documents

Good Morning Kings Court Participants,

Tomorrow marks the start of our 4th Annual Kings Court! To ensure a smooth and quick check-in process, please review these important details:

Check-In:
Begins Saturday at 11:00 AM.
Each team will receive 2 coaches' bands—coaches must be listed in Exposure and show a photo ID.

Warm-Up Balls:
Coaches must bring their warm-up balls.
Game balls will be provided.

Rosters:
Pre-printed rosters will be available at the score table before your game. These are the official score sheets—no additions can be made.
Any jersey number changes must be made during check-in or approved by the Director, Rob Fessler, or check-in staff.
Rosters will lock today, December 20th, at 7 PM. Any changes needed after 7pm must be completed at coaches' check-in and will incur a $20 change fee.

Game Schedule:
Use the Exposure app to follow the game schedule.
The app will indicate the home team (H) and visitors (V).

NSID Verification:
All player NSIDs must be shown at check-in.
NSIDs must also be placed on the scorer's table before the game starts.

Court Monitor:
The home team is welcome to assist the scorekeeper with stats, but the scorekeeper’s book is the official record.
Court monitors will address any issues and should introduce themselves before the game starts. Please locate your court monitor before your game.

Spectator Passes:
Adult One-Day Pass: $20
Weekend Pass: $35
Kid Pass: $10
Tickets can be purchased at the door (cash, debit, or credit card accepted).

Schedule Changes:
Please check and recheck your schedule on the app for any last-minute changes throughout the weekend.

Hello Coaches,

The schedule for our 4th Annual Kings Court is live! Please be sure to review ALL of the reminders below:

Check-in:
Check-in will start Saturday @ 11:00am. Only 2 coaches' bands will be given per team - coaches MUST be listed in Exposure and have a photo ID.

Warm-Up Balls:
For this event coaches will provide their own warm-up balls. We will only provide the game ball. On the exposure website under documents, we will attach the tournament rules.

Rosters:

Please sign in to your Exposure account and ensure all your players have current jersey numbers in the system. Rosters will lock TODAY December 18th at 5 PM—no changes can be made after this time.

Important Deadlines for the Event:

*Payments
Payments are due today, December 16th by 9pm. For convenience, we offer Zelle to avoid processing fees, or we can send you an invoice (6% processing fee applies).

*Schedule
Games will start at 11:40am on Saturday and 10am on Sunday. We expect to release the schedule tomorrow by 7pm.

*Rosters
We use pre-printed score sheets for this event, so please ensure that your full roster, including player names, jersey numbers, and coaches’ names, is listed in your Exposure account. Rosters will lock on December 18th at 5 PM—no changes can be made after this time. Any last-minute updates will need to be handled at check-in.

*NSID Verification
All players must be NSID verified to participate. A printed copy of your NSID-verified roster must be presented at check-in.
