Hello Coaches,

We are excited to have you and your team(s) participating in Gladiator Games III this weekend! 🏀🔥 The schedule is live, so please review it and plan accordingly.

Important Reminders:

🔹 Court Monitor:
The home team may assist the scorekeeper with stats, but the official scorebook will be maintained by the designated scorekeeper.
If any issues arise, the court monitor will be present to address them.
Court monitors will introduce themselves before the game—please make sure to locate them before tip-off.

🔹 Check-In:
Begins Saturday at 8:30 AM at Southeastern Prep and after 10:30 am at Central Florida Christian Academy.
Each team will receive two (2) coaches' bands—coaches must be listed in Exposure and present a photo ID to receive their bands.

🔹 Warm-Up Balls:
Teams must bring their own warm-up balls. Only game balls will be provided.
🔹 Roster Changes:
⏳ Deadline: Thursday, February 13th, at 7 PM (Previous deadline 2/12/25 at 7pm, we have extended the deadline due to some last-minute registrations.)
✔️ Ensure ALL players' first and last names and jersey numbers are updated in Exposure before the deadline.
⚠️ Changes made after 7 PM will not appear on the official tournament rosters.
📋 Pre-printed rosters will be at the score table before each game—no additions will be allowed.

🔹 NSID Verification:
All players must be NSID verified.
Coaches must present NSID verification at check-in.
Players' NSIDs must be placed on the scorer’s table before each game.

🔹 Game Schedule:
📲 Stay up-to-date with game schedules using the Exposure app. The app will indicate (H) for the home team and (V) for the visitors.

Hello Gladiator Games III Registrants,

Please review the important deadlines and guidelines below to ensure compliance and readiness for the tournament:

1. Roster Changes:
*Deadline: Wednesday, February 12th, by 7 PM.
*Ensure all players’ first and last names and jersey numbers, are updated in Exposure before this time.
*Changes made after 7 PM will appear on your side but will not reflect on tournament rosters.

2. Coach Bands:
Two coach's bands will be provided per team. Only coaches listed as "active" in Exposure will be eligible to receive bands. If multiple coaches are listed, the first two who arrive and request bands will receive them.

3. Tournament Fees
All fees must be submitted by 7 PM today.
*Payment Options:
**Zelle (no processing fees) - New account please do not send to the previously used Zelle account.
**Invoice (6% processing fee applies) - Request by email/text.

3. NSID Verification
All players MUST be NSID verified.
A copy of the approved digital card must be present at check-in and on the scorer's table during games.
------A printed verified roster is preferred, but individual cards will also be accepted.
