We are excited to have you and your team(s) participating at ESE 3rd-8th Boys States this weekend! 🏀🔥 The schedule is live!

🔹 Court Monitor:
The home team may assist the scorekeeper with stats, but the designated scorekeeper will maintain the official scorebook.
If any issues arise, the court monitor will be present to address them.

Court monitors will introduce themselves before the game—please locate them before tip-off.

🔹 Check-In:
📍 Begins Saturday at 8:30 AM at Game Point Event Center.
🎟️ Each team will receive two (2) coaches' bands. To receive their bands, coaches must be listed in Exposure and present a photo ID.

🔹 Warm-Up Balls:
🏀 Teams must bring their warm-up balls—only game balls will be provided.

🔹 Roster Changes:
⏳ Deadline: Thursday, May 8th, at 9 PM.
✔️ Ensure ALL players' first and last names and jersey numbers are updated in Exposure before the deadline.
⚠️ Changes made after 9 PM will not appear on the official tournament rosters.
📋 Pre-printed rosters will be at the score table before each game—no additions will be allowed.

As we gear up for the upcoming ESE Boys State Finals, please be sure to complete the following important tasks:

✅ Rosters in Exposure:
Make sure all players are listed with their first and last names and jersey numbers.
🔒 Rosters will lock on Thursday, May 8th at 9:00 PM. No edits will be allowed after this deadline.

💰 Final Payments Due Tonight by 9:00 PM:
If you haven’t submitted payment yet, please do so by tonight. We accept Zelle (no fees) or can send an invoice (4% processing fee applies).

📅 Schedule Release:
We expect to post the event schedule tomorrow evening, so stay tuned!

📄 NSID Verification:
