Terms And Conditions
All team rosters are due before the first game. All players must have a number on their uniform. All team rosters (including player jersey numbers) are “frozen” after the first game. Players cannot play on more than one roster per division. Maximum roster size shall not exceed 14 players. Participation of a non-rostered player in a game will result in a forfeiture of that game and possible disqualification from postseason tournament. PEAK League of Mercer Island Boys and Girls Club has a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY in an attempt to make youth basketball the most positive experience it can be for our players, coaches, referees, and parents/guardian. Assumption of Risk & Release, Consent for Treatment: Participation in programs sponsored by the Boys & Girls Clubs of King County and the use of the clubs’ facilities involves potentially hazardous activities such as running, jumping and strenuous exercise, and use of equipment that could lead to serious injury and/or death. I, the undersigned, acknowledge and assume all these risks. In exchange for participation in programs/ league and using the clubs’ facilities, I release and agree to hold harm less, the Clubs, their agents, employees, officers, and directors from all injury, death, property damage and expenses, including attorney fees, arising from the participation in the Boys & Girls Clubs of King County. I, the undersigned also consent to the above named child, children, or team being given emergency treatment by staff, physician, EMT, or hospital in case of accident or illness.
Refund Policy
All refund and cancellation requests require email notification from the customer. All refunds requested two weeks before the schedule is released will receive a full refund. The two-week period does not include the day the schedule is released. Within two weeks of the schedule being released, only a 50% refund will be granted. Once our schedule is released no refunds will be granted as all program fees have been used to fund the activity. Programs canceled by the BGCKC will receive a full refund.
