General Information

COACHES MUST CHECK-IN AT SPORT ONE FIELDHOUSE (REGARDLESS OF WHERE YOUR FIRST GAME IS SCHEDULED AT) AT LEAST 30 MINS BEFORE YOUR FIRST GAME TO RECEIVE PASSES AND CONFIRM YOUR TEAM ROSTER. CHECK-IN WILL BE SATURDAY (7:30am-4:30pm).

DAILY ADMISSION = $15 (SAT.), $10 (SUN)

6 YEARS OLD AND YOUNGER ARE FREE

3-Game Guarantee

EXPOSURE:
BallerTV will be LIVE streaming the games at Sport One Fieldhouse and OPS - Dupont.

SCHEDULE:
The schedule will be posted here on our tournament website and the Gym Rats App (downloading the Gym Rats App is encouraged)
We do NOT expect changes to the schedule but PLEASE check the schedule again on Friday for any updates.
Any changes to first game times or locations made after 12:00 pm (noon) on Friday will be communicated directly.

GRBA EVENT GUIDELINES:
Athletes, Coaches, Spectators, & Public:
In an effort to help your experience in Fort Wayne be the best of the summer please be respectful of others
Abusive language, rude or obnoxious behavior, or poor conduct will NOT be tolerated.
If any parent, player or coach is displaying poor conduct they will be removed from the gym without warning and may not be allowed to return to the event.


COST & FEES
3rd-8th Grade Boys & Girls = $325
$25.00 - (off each Team for programs with 2 teams)
$50.00 - (off each Team for programs with 3 or more teams)
 
EACH TEAM MUST PROVIDE A SCOREKEEPER/TIMEKEEPER

FIRST TEAM LISTED IS HOME/WEARS LIGHT JERSEYS

Each team will need to be prepared to pay the $20 GRBA Registration Fee @ Check-in IF YOU HAVEN’T ALREADY PAID THIS FEE AT ANOTHER GRBA EVENT for the 2024/2025 season.

REFUND POLICY – NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE
