Hello everyone. I hope you are having a great day so far. We are excited to share the upcoming schedule for our Saturday event ONLY. Games will be located at Georgetown's surrounding schools.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO LOOK AT YOUR SCHEDULE AND YOUR PLAYING LOCATION. PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 30MIN PRIOR TO YOUR NORMAL GAME TIME.

Key Notes on what to expect Saturday:
1. We will have an admission to get in. We only accept Venmo or cash. Adults - $15 / Students - $5. If you decide to do Venmo it will be a $1 charge. Infants and players are FREE.

2. To follow along with the scores and have updates on the event, please go to your app store and download the TXBA app. It's FREE.

3. Rules are attached to this email.

4. Medals will be given to 1st and 2nd place.

5. Doors will open at 730am (ISH). Please make sure to let parents know that we are setting up the event, and will let them in as soon as we are ready.

6. We tried hard to fulfill as many requests as we could. As we all know, It's hard to accommodate many people and schedules.

7. Excited about the competitive games we are going to see this Saturday. We have many great games in store for the future.

3. I will be sending out rules later this week. But, we want to make clear that we stress and work very hard to have great quality and safe events. Respecting others, officials, and staff makes the day go extremely smoothly. We will not tolerate any fighting, or threatening to anyone in the facility. That will be an automatic way to be escorted out of the facility and will be done for the remainder of the day.
