I’d like to clarify a few things regarding the schedule.

Every team will play at least one game in bracket play. You may notice that a few teams are already scheduled for a fourth game. This was necessary due to the number of teams in the division—some teams needed to pick up an extra game to ensure that all teams could complete their three pool play games. Please note: that fourth game does not count toward bracket seeding.

Additionally, there have been a few more updates to the schedule. One team has dropped out, which unfortunately caused a domino effect requiring further adjustments. Hopefully, you’ve all had a chance to review the updated schedule and share it with your parents.

Payment:
Fees are due today. Please let me know if you need help or have questions on how to submit payment online.

I apologize, after releasing the schedule. It was brought to my attention that a couple teams were in the wrong divisions. I will need to pull the schedule down and correct these errors. Please know the WILL change the schedule. Please only reach out if there is a major problem with the scheudle.

The schedule for the upcoming Memorial Mayhem Tournament has been released! We’re thrilled to host a full tournament with over 80 teams participating. I’ve done my best to accommodate as many scheduling requests as possible, though not all could be fulfilled.

Rosters:
Roster links have been sent out. Please ensure your rosters are completed by Wednesday night. If you need the link resent, just let me know.

Payment:
If you still have a balance due, please make your payment today. All fees must be paid prior to your first game.

Gate Fees & Parking
Please make sure your parents are aware of the gate fees and parking rules:

Accepted Payment Methods:

Card and Venmo only
Exact cash only (no change will be provided)

Gate Fees:

$10/day
3-day pass: $25
Kids under 10: $5/day
Kids 3 & under: FREE
Seniors: $5/day
Military: FREE (with ID)

Parking:
Only park in designated stalls.
Do not block or park in bays—vehicles will be towed.
Street parking is allowed.

Tournament Format
Each team will play 3 pool play games.
Due to an odd number of teams, some may play a 4th pool game—this will not count toward standings.

After pool play, teams will be seeded into brackets.
Some divisions have multiple brackets to allow more teams a chance at success.

Please review the rules, entry fees, and policies, and share this information with your parents.

It's Tournament Week! We are excited for the upcoming Memorial Day Tournament. We've had a lot of interest and last minute registrations.
