Please double check the schedules. After the 1st release yesterday I had to move a team to a different division which made LOTS of changes. So PLEASE make sure that you have double checked.

The app is always correct and up to date.

We are excited for a fun weekend of basketball! Please make sure all items of buisness are taken care of:

1. Rosters: Rosters are due by MIDNIGHT Wednesday (Today). You can see your rosters on the app listed under your team. If they are not accurate please fix them, if you need assistance let me know. Rosters will be locked tonight, so if you need to add extra players for back up please make sure it is done by tonight.

2. Coaches on rosters, all teams are allowed 2 coaches on the roster. Coaches will be issued a coaches wristband.

3. Player Waiver, please make sure you have sent the player waiver to ALL parents, this needs to be done prior to playing. LINK HERE

4. Please remind all spectators that there is a gate fee, so it doesn't come as a surprise. This helps avoid frustration at the door.

5. DOUBLE CHECK SCHEDULE! Best way to follow schedule is to download the app. Please share it with your parents:

The schedule for the upcoming Stars & Stripes Tournament has been released! I’ve done my best to accommodate as many scheduling requests as possible, though not all could be fulfilled. SCHEDULE HERE

Rosters:
Roster links have been sent out. Please ensure your rosters are completed by Wednesday night. If you need the link resent, just let me know. Scoresheets are printed ahead of time, so do not delay on your rosters

Payment:
If you still have a balance due, please make your payment today. All fees must be paid before your first game.

Gate Fees & Parking
Please make sure your parents are aware of the gate fees and parking rules:

Accepted Payment Methods:

Card and Venmo only
Exact cash only (no change will be provided)

Gate Fees:

$10/day
3-day pass: $25
Kids under 10: $5/day
Kids 3 & under: FREE
Seniors: $5/day
Military: FREE (with ID)

Parking:
Only park in designated stalls.
Do not block or park in bays—vehicles will be towed.
Street parking is allowed.

Tournament Format
4 Game Guarantee
Pool Play & Bracket

5th Bronze & 6th Bronze:
2 pool play games / 2 game guarantee bracket.

All other Divisions will play 3 pool play games for bracket seeding.

Due to an odd number of teams in 9th grade, some may play a 4th pool game—this will not count toward standings.

After pool play, teams will be seeded into brackets.
Some divisions have multiple brackets to allow more teams a chance at success.

Please review the rules, entry fees, and policies, and share this information with your parents.

WAIVER: Please send a Waiver to the parent for participation.

I apologize, I just found out that the venue got double booked on the original dates for the STAR & STRIPES tournament. We had to move the tournament date to July 17-19, if this is an issue let me know and we will offer a full refund.
