5th Annual Battle at the Beach SOLD OUT Documents

Hi all,
We are sold out again this weekend. Games will start as early as 8;15 AM and run as late as 8:30 PM start on Saturday night. Couple of quick hits:

1.) This is an age verify Panhandle tournament. You must have NSID and age verification readyand available. No players are allowed to play Sunday only. They must be in OUR books Saturday. Players must have a uniform to play. Players are allowed to play in two divisions as long as they don't play down. They must play up.

2.) Schedule requests: Please send to: chris@legistixsolutions.com THESE ARE REQUESTS not guarantees but we work hard to match. If you don't send to the above address by Tuesday at 5:00 PM they potentially will not be honored. Please do not text them to me :) Sunday there are no requests and no changing of bracket unless I make a mistake.

3.) Payment: if you have not paid John McDonald with Panhandle basketball please pay at the following links. Brent Dillard is in charge of payments. Please work with him on this. (southerenelitesports1@gmail.com, PM us if you need his phone #). All teams not paid by Monday at 10:00 PM CST will be removed from the tournament. We are extremely full and have a waiting list of teams that want in.

4.) We will post rules for games in a separate post.

5.) Sportsmanship: Yall ahve been been great in year's past and this year. We do not tolerte any kind of abuisve language, fighting, intorixcated guests, etc. Any parent, player, or fan engaging in these activities will immediately be removed from the event and their TEAM will face a suspension from Panhandle basketball.

6.) This is an All American game qualifier. Top players in each division will receive invitations to our end of season showcase event.
