5th Annual Battle at the Beach SOLD OUT Venues

Good morning,

Couple of small changes in girls division. We had a team not show up so please check the girls brackets.
At 11:45 at BPA Gulf Shores Elite girls advances with a 15-0 forfeit win over the Lady Panthers who didn't show up.

The 6th grade championship girls between Lady Impact and ABM WIldfire 6th is at 4:20 at Rutherford instead of 3:35.

Just wanted to alert all to these small changes. Have a great Sunday of basketball and enjoy the games.

Statisticians can sit on bench but not at table.

Schedule is live. Might make a change or two but locked in for now.

Please know we did the best we could on matching schedule requests. Think we got almost everyone covered by doing some divisions in different gyms. Have a great Thursday and be on the look out for posts with rules, gate info, etc. Should have those up by Friday at latest.

please remember Sunday there are no schedule requests. We can't control your records and want to make sure you plan accordingly if you are coaching multiple teams. We have taken that into account for Sunday schedule but when the brackets are posted, that's final barring any forfeits or team removals from Saturday.

Good news in that on Sunday earliest game is 9:00 AM and latest game is 4:20 PM start. See everyone soon!

Hi ballers,
Schedule is done but I"m waiting on one clarifcation from a multi org team. Will be posted by 12:00 CST Thursday at the latest.

Please know schedule requests are a request only. With that being said we got pretty dang close to all of your requests. A few teams will have to play in two different gyms Saturday but they are close to each other and plenty of time to make 2nd game.

Please remember no schedule requests for Sunday, no ask to move up in time, etc :). We have worked Sunday's bracket schedule so the first game does not start until 9:00 AM and the last games will are scheduled to start at 4:20 PM on Sunday.

Thanks again for running with us in Panama City. Schedule will be up tomorrow and brackets for Sunday on Friday night.

We are sold out again this weekend. Games will start as early as 8;15 AM and run as late as 8:30 PM start on Saturday night. Couple of quick hits:

1.) This is an age verify Panhandle tournament. You must have NSID and age verification readyand available. No players are allowed to play Sunday only. They must be in OUR books Saturday. Players must have a uniform to play. Players are allowed to play in two divisions as long as they don't play down. They must play up.

2.) Schedule requests: Please send to: chris@legistixsolutions.com THESE ARE REQUESTS not guarantees but we work hard to match. If you don't send to the above address by Tuesday at 5:00 PM they potentially will not be honored. Please do not text them to me :) Sunday there are no requests and no changing of bracket unless I make a mistake.

3.) Payment: if you have not paid John McDonald with Panhandle basketball please pay at the following links. Brent Dillard is in charge of payments. Please work with him on this. (southerenelitesports1@gmail.com, PM us if you need his phone #). All teams not paid by Monday at 10:00 PM CST will be removed from the tournament. We are extremely full and have a waiting list of teams that want in.

5.) Sportsmanship: Yall ahve been been great in year's past and this year. We do not tolerte any kind of abuisve language, fighting, intorixcated guests, etc. Any parent, player, or fan engaging in these activities will immediately be removed from the event and their TEAM will face a suspension from Panhandle basketball.

6.) This is an All American game qualifier. Top players in each division will receive invitations to our end of season showcase event.
