Last Chance Winter Dance Presented by 5th Street Public Market Documents

Coaches & Parents,

There was a system error in which 2 teams entered the same division with the same name. The Exposure system eliminated one of the teams as a duplicate entry.

No one recognized the problem until this morning when both teams showed up to play in the same slot.

To accomodate both teams who properly registered and did everything right, we had to make several schedule adjustments on the fly. The schedule posted at Springfield High School may be in accurate. Please check the OAB app and the scheduling link for any changes.

Please note that all teams will be allowed 2 coaches and 1 scorekeeper free. Teams are responsible for providing an adult to keep score and/or work the clock
