Good evening, we hope everyones weekend was blessed. We are excited to host your teams on the cour tomorrow in Lafayette. We wanted to send out an additional information point. Sunnyside Entrance protocol is as follows: Come in off Cason and enter through door #12.

We are excited to host your program for the 2025 Hoosier Summer Shootout in Lafayette, IN this Sunday, July 6th. Our biggest goal is to provide the best experience for your athletes, coaches, families, and fans!

As the event draws near, we wanted to ensure everyone has updates on event details. I have included the updated rules for tomorrow as well as additional info for your review.

GAME SCHEDULE
The schedule should be final. PLEASE CHECK THE GRASSROOTS TOURNAMENTS APP TODAY TO ENSURE GAME TIMES. To find the schedule and registered teams, please click HERE! Scores and standing can be found here throughout the event.

Everyone should expect to play three games on Sunday.

Please Check Until Saturday Night For Schedule Changes

Games will be PLAYED at various locations so please read the schedule carefully.

TEAM/COACHES CHECKIN
Registration will be at your first game you will not be able to get in if you go to a different site first. Each team will receive 3 Bands (2 Coaches and 1 Scorekeeper Band)

There will be no refunds for coaches or score keepers who pay the door entry prior to receiving a band from a team coach.

Please bring a team roster that includes first and last name and jersey number. These should be handed to the admissions person at your venue.

UNIFORMS
1st listed team (Away): Dark uniforms - Top In Bracket Play

2nd listed team (Home): Light uniforms - Bottom In Bracket Play

STANDINGS:
Standings can be found on the exposure app. Please give 15 minutes following your game for the scores to be entered and the app to update. Here are the tiebreakers:
* Head-to-head
* Point differential (maximum of +/-15 points per game)
* Points allowed
* Points scored

GAME ENTRANCE PROTOCOLS
Adults - $20
Children (10 and under) - Free

Good evening, we hope everyone is having a blessed summer. We wanted to reach out as registration is coming to an end. We plan to start pooling teams on Tuesday night and have the schedule out on Wednesday.

Before we start on the schedule Tuesday late night, please shoot any schedule requests via text message to Sara at 513-578-5703 or email grassrootstourneys@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee we will be able to honor all requests but we will do our best. Once the schedule is released, the ONLY adjustments that will be made are ones IN WRITING via text message or email.
