General Information

REGISTRATION DEADLINE – MAY 19, 2025

SCHEDULE WILL BE POSTED TUESDAY EVENING (5/20)

SPECTATOR ADMISSION:

DAILY PASS = $15 (Sat.), $15 (Sun.)
6 YEARS OLD AND YOUNGER ARE FREE

EVENT COACHES REGISTRATION:

*ALL participating coaches MUST register at PSM FIELDHOUSE at least 30 minutes PRIOR to their first games

*COACHES CHECK-IN WILL BE SATURDAY FROM 8AM-5:30PM

*ONLY Coaches with Coaching Bands will be allowed on the bench. NO EXCEPTIONS

EXPOSURE:

*BallerTV will be LIVE streaming the games this weekend.

SCHEDULE:

*The schedule will be posted on our tournament website and the Gym Rats App (downloading the Gym Rats App is encouraged)

*We do NOT expect changes once the schedule is posted but PLEASE check the schedule again on Friday morning for any updates.

*Any changes to first game times or locations made after 12:00pm on Friday will be communicated directly

GRBA EVENT GUIDELINES:

Athletes, Coaches, Spectators, Media & Public:

– In an effort to help your experience in Fort Wayne be the best of the summer please be respectful of others

– Abusive language, rude or obnoxious behavior, or poor conduct will NOT be tolerated.

– If any parent, player or coach is displaying poor conduct they will be removed from the gym without warning and may not be allowed to return to the event.

EACH TEAM MUST PROVIDE A SCOREKEEPER/TIMEKEEPER

FIRST TEAM LISTED IS HOME/WEARS LIGHT JERSEYS

Each team will need to be prepared to pay the $20 GRBA Registration Fee @ Check-in IF YOU HAVEN’T ALREADY PAID THIS FEE AT ANOTHER GRBA EVENT for the 2024/2025 season.

REFUND POLICY – NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE
