CODE OF CONDUCT- Lastly, Coach, we are relying on you to set a good example for your players and coaches to follow. Please be mindful that referees are people making judgment calls. They may make mistakes. Coaches do have the right to ask questions and make comments. Interaction between coaches and refs should be on a cordial, professional level. Please let your fans know that at no point are they allowed to come onto the playing surface to confront referees directly. Doing so will result in them being ejected without a refund. If a fan or coach is asked to be removed, they must do so in a timely manner (2 minutes). If the fan or coach refuses to leave, the game will be called at that point in favor of the other team, despite the score. NO FIGHTING will be tolerated. This can result in the game being called immediately and the players involved being removed from the remainder of the event. Fighting may also result in Law Enforcement on-site taking action. Excessive trash talk or taunting will not be tolerated. Cursing and Racial slurs will not be tolerated. These things will lead to immediate technical fouls.
WELCOME
We would like to express our gratitude to all the teams that signed up for this event and for allowing us to host your organization. Coaches, please find important information below to assist you throughout the weekend. It’s essential that you share this information with your players and their parents to ensure a successful event. Please revisit the schedules on Thursday at 10 PM to confirm there are no changes.
As a courtesy, there are no games scheduled for Friday night. Considering this and additional coaching restrictions, there is no flexibility to make significant adjustments to the schedule. We have also grouped divisions at the venues for pool play on Saturday and for bracket play on Sunday to make it easier for players, coaches, and parents to participate in this event.
Let’s work together to make this a fantastic event!
We ask that all teams arrive no more than 25 minutes early. If you have the first game of the day the venue will open 10 to 15 minutes before the first game. Do not arrive an hour early to stand outside.
