1. General Information: • The tournament is organized by the London Ramblers U15 Boys team and will take place on March 1st and 2nd 2025 in London, Ontario. • Open to boys born in 2010. • By registering, participants and their guardians agree to all terms and conditions. 2. Registration and Fees: • Registration must be completed online by February 14th, 2025. • An entry fee of $750 per team is required at the time of registration. • No refunds will be issued for cancellations after Registration closes on February 14th, 2025. 3. Code of Conduct: • Players, coaches, and spectators must exhibit good sportsmanship at all times. • Offensive language, violence, and unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated. • The organizer reserves the right to disqualify teams or individuals for misconduct. 4. Game Rules: • The tournament will follow FIBA rules. • Games will be officiated by certified referees. • Decisions made by referees and tournament officials are final. 5. Waiver of Liability: • By participating, players and guardians acknowledge the risks involved in basketball and release the organizer, venue, and sponsors from any liability for injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event. • All participants must complete a liability waiver prior to the tournament. 6. Medical and Emergency Policy: • It is the responsibility of each team to ensure players are in good health and physically fit to participate. • The organizers are not liable for any injuries that occur during the tournament. • Participants with known medical conditions must notify the organizer prior to the event. 7. Awards and Prizes: • Awards will be given to the top-performing teams and individual players based on tournament performance. • The organizer reserves the right to modify prize distribution based on tournament circumstances. 8. Photography and Media Release: • By participating, players and guardians agree that the organizer may take and use photographs or video footage for promotional purposes. • If any participant does not consent to this, they must notify the organizer in writing before the event. 9. Cancellation and Changes: • The organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tournament due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather or venue issues. • In the event of cancellation, registration fees will be refunded within 5 days. 10. Dispute Resolution: • Any disputes or concerns regarding tournament rules or conduct should be reported to the tournament officials immediately. • The tournament committee will have the final say in any disputes. 11. Refund Policy

1. Full Refund Eligibility: • Teams are eligible for a full refund if they withdraw 14 days or more before the tournament start date. • Full refunds will be issued if the tournament is canceled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances. 2. Partial Refund Eligibility: • Teams withdrawing 7–13 days before the tournament will receive a 50% refund. • No partial refund will be issued if a team is disqualified due to violation of rules. 3. No Refund: • Teams withdrawing less than 7 days before the tournament or during the event are not eligible for any refund. • No refunds for weather-related delays or changes once the tournament has begun unless the entire event is canceled. 4. Refund Process: • Refund requests must be submitted via email to the tournament organizers. • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the request. 5. Non-Transferable: • Refunds are non-transferable to future tournaments or other teams. This policy ensures fairness while balancing the commitments and costs involved in organizing the event.
