We are excited about the HOT Hoops Fest tomorrow hosted by Adrian Thomas with TWE!
If your team is playing at Southwestern University, please have your families consider bringing your own lawn chair in case the limited bleacher seating is full. Courts 4 & 5 especially have limited seating, but plenty of room to stand or set up your own chair. The kids love getting to play on a college campus, so we are excited to provide them with this opportunity and would like everyone to enjoy the experience.Please be respectful of this facility and aware that the upstairs is off limits to our event.
Please make sure your parents know there is a fee for spectators:
$15/day/adults and $5/day/K-12 students (cash and Venmo accepted, no cards)
Please communicate with parents that gyms will not open earlier than 7:30am. All standings are decided by win/loss record, head to head, and point differential of opponents in a tie. Site Directors will hand out medals for 1st and 2nd after all games in the division are finished and the standings have updated online.

Rules are attached, and please keep in mind players cannot play down in grade level. Also, players must be approved in advance to play on multiple teams for the same organization in the event. Also take note of the sportsmanship rules and new free throw rules. Please make every effort to keep this a fair and positive environment for the kids to enjoy the sport they love.

Winter Tournament for Select and Rec teams come together from all across the Heart of Texas and play against other similar teams. All 3 games on Sunday, so they don't conflict with other leagues. All for only $195 per team with discounts available registering early. We fill up, so register ASAP!

General Information
Get to play teams outside your community by joining the Heart of Texas Winter Hoops Fest! Games on Sunday, so it won't conflict with other leagues. Most affordable tourneys around at $195 per team for 3 games!
The purpose of this tournament is for rec and select teams from all of the Heart of Texas can get good games by creating one big multi-level event! We do our best to make competitive games for teams of all skill levels by splitting up division into leveled pools, so come out for some good games!
