Event Terms and Conditions - Hoop Connect
By participating in any Hoop Connect event, the participant, including players, coaches, parents, and spectators, agrees to the following terms and conditions:
No Refunds: All event fees are non-refundable, including any registration or participation fees. This applies regardless of cancellation, withdrawal, or any other circumstance.
Code of Conduct: All participants must adhere to the event's code of conduct, which promotes sportsmanship, respect, and fair play. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.
Assumption of Risk: Participation in athletic events involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, and property damage. All participants assume these risks voluntarily.
Medical Consent: In the event of an emergency, participants authorize Hoop Connect staff to obtain necessary medical treatment, with any costs incurred being the responsibility of the participant.
Media Release: By attending, you consent to the use of photographs, videos, or recordings for promotional purposes by Hoop Connect, its partners, and sponsors.
Hold Harmless Agreement: Participants agree to hold harmless and indemnify Vision Elite Athletics, dba Hoop Connect, including its officers, staff members, employees, and volunteers, from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from participation in any Hoop Connect event.
Event Modifications: Hoop Connect reserves the right to modify event schedules, locations, and details at any time, without prior notice.
Behavioral Expectations: Any unruly behavior, including verbal abuse or physical confrontations, may result in immediate ejection from the event and a ban from future participation.
By registering for and/or attending a Hoop Connect event, all parties agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
