Event Terms and Conditions - Hoop Connect By participating in any Hoop Connect event, the participant, including players, coaches, parents, and spectators, agrees to the following terms and conditions: No Refunds: All event fees are non-refundable, including any registration or participation fees. This applies regardless of cancellation, withdrawal, or any other circumstance. Code of Conduct: All participants must adhere to the event's code of conduct, which promotes sportsmanship, respect, and fair play. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund. Assumption of Risk: Participation in athletic events involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, and property damage. All participants assume these risks voluntarily. Medical Consent: In the event of an emergency, participants authorize Hoop Connect staff to obtain necessary medical treatment, with any costs incurred being the responsibility of the participant. Media Release: By attending, you consent to the use of photographs, videos, or recordings for promotional purposes by Hoop Connect, its partners, and sponsors. Hold Harmless Agreement: Participants agree to hold harmless and indemnify Vision Elite Athletics, dba Hoop Connect, including its officers, staff members, employees, and volunteers, from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from participation in any Hoop Connect event. Event Modifications: Hoop Connect reserves the right to modify event schedules, locations, and details at any time, without prior notice. Behavioral Expectations: Any unruly behavior, including verbal abuse or physical confrontations, may result in immediate ejection from the event and a ban from future participation. By registering for and/or attending a Hoop Connect event, all parties agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Travel Policy

Travel Policy - Hoop Connect (Including Stay-to-Play Requirement) This travel policy outlines the responsibilities and guidelines for participants, teams, and families traveling to Hoop Connect events, including the "Stay-to-Play" requirement. 1. Participant Responsibility All travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, and meals, are the sole responsibility of the participants, teams, or organizations attending Hoop Connect events. Hoop Connect is not responsible for arranging or covering travel-related expenses. 2. Stay-to-Play Requirement Hoop Connect events are Stay-to-Play events, meaning that teams and participants are required to book accommodations through approved hotels as a condition of participation. This policy helps ensure that we can secure the best rates and venues for participants. Booking Accommodations: Teams must stay at the designated hotels provided by Hoop Connect or its hotel partners. Compliance: Failure to comply with the Stay-to-Play requirement may result in disqualification from the event, without refund. Exemptions: In rare cases, exemptions may be granted for local teams or other specific circumstances. Requests for exemptions must be submitted in writing and approved by Hoop Connect prior to the event. 3. Arrival and Check-In Participants are expected to arrive at the event venue by the specified check-in time. Late arrivals may result in missed games, delays in participation, or disqualification. It is the responsibility of participants to ensure adequate travel time to meet event schedules. 4. Travel Insurance Hoop Connect strongly recommends that all participants purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as flight cancellations, delays, or lost luggage. Hoop Connect is not responsible for any costs or losses related to travel disruptions. 5. Event Location Changes If an event location is changed due to unforeseen circumstances, Hoop Connect will notify participants as soon as possible. However, any additional travel or accommodation costs incurred due to location changes are the responsibility of the participants. 6. Travel During the Event Participants are expected to arrange their own transportation to and from the event venue during the course of the event. Hoop Connect is not responsible for transportation between hotels, airports, or event venues. 7. International Participants Teams or participants traveling from outside the U.S. are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, visas, and any other required documentation for entry into the country. Hoop Connect is not responsible for issues related to customs, border control, or other international travel requirements. 8. Inclement Weather or Travel Delays In the case of inclement weather or travel delays, participants are responsible for contacting event staff to notify them of any changes to their arrival time. Hoop Connect is not liable for any missed games, tournament matches, or activities due to travel delays. 9. COVID-19 or Health-Related Travel Restrictions Participants are responsible for complying with all health-related travel restrictions, including COVID-19 guidelines, imposed by local, state, or federal authorities. Hoop Connect will not provide refunds or accommodations due to restrictions or regulations that impact travel plans. By registering for or attending a Hoop Connect event, all participants agree to abide by this travel policy, including the Stay-to-Play requirement. These may appear on our website, social media platforms, or in promotional materials. 6. Third-Party Links Our events may involve partners or sponsors whose privacy policies differ from ours. Consent and Rights By registering for and participating in a Hoop Connect event, you consent to this privacy policy. Refund Policy

Refund Policy - Hoop Connect At Hoop Connect, we strive to provide a smooth and enjoyable event experience for all participants. However, please note the following refund policy for all Hoop Connect events: No Refunds: All event fees, including registration, participation, and other associated costs, are non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, withdrawal, or non-attendance. Event Cancellations by Participant: If a participant or team decides to cancel their registration or withdraw from the event for any reason, no refund will be issued. Event Modifications or Rescheduling: In the event that an event must be modified, postponed, or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control (such as weather, venue changes, or unforeseen disruptions), no refunds will be provided. However, we will make every effort to accommodate participants in a rescheduled event. Event Cancellations by Hoop Connect: In the unlikely event that Hoop Connect cancels an event, participants will be offered the option to transfer their registration to a future event of equal value or receive a partial refund at the discretion of Hoop Connect. Force Majeure: Hoop Connect is not responsible for refunds or compensation due to cancellations or changes resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other situations outside our control. Payment Disputes: In the case of a payment dispute or chargeback, participants will be responsible for any fees associated with the dispute process and may be prohibited from future events.
