Hello everyone!
Universal Athletic will be doing this year's SWISH gear and will be available for purchase at Helena High (1300 Billings Ave) this weekend. You can also purchase online at https://www.universalathletic.com/helena-swish/. They will have both youth and adult size tshirts and hoodies.
Hello Coaches and Parents!
Please see our new 2025 SWISH Disciplinary Policy attached. We want to make sure it is a great event for everyone so please note, that this policy will apply to all coaches, players and spectators.
Also, while in the facilities this weekend, please do not let the kids bounce balls in the hallways, off the walls, or on the side of the courts when other games are in progress. Have courtesy and respect for the other teams playing!

The schedule is up for the tournament! Please let me know if you see any major conflicts.
A couple of things for the tournament. As a reminder, we are asking the teams to provide clock and the book in the event that we do not have volunteers. Home team will provide book and away team will provide clock. Please make sure to have a designated person for each of your games. If you know the person or people you have to volunteer, please send over their names. The people on that list will not need to pay to get in. Tickets will be sold at the door (cash only). Children (K-12) and adults are $10 and seniors and non-school aged children are $5.
In addition, the Helena School District has asked us to send out the attached flyer about being on the school properties.

The Helena Area Chamber of Commerce Sports and Tournament Committee wishes to extend an invitation to your youth basketball team(s) to participate in the Helena Area Chamber of Commerce Youth Basketball Tournament to be held Saturday, March 8th & Sunday March 9th, 2025 in Helena and East Helena, Montana.

General Information
-Entries will be accepted for boys and girls in Grades 3/4 and 5 through 8. There will be a Boys Division and a Girls Division at each grade level with 3rd and 4th Graders being combined. Any Co-ed teams will be bracketed & compete in the Boys Division.
-Teams are accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis. Once we reach our maximum capacity, all brackets will be closed. If a particular grade does not fill, it will be combined with the next grade. (i.e. 5th & 6th).
-Each team is guaranteed four games. In most cases, there will be three games of pool play to determine the seeding of the 4th game to be played. Teams will be seeded in the following manner: 1) Win – Loss Record 2) Head to Head Play 3) Point Differential (15 points max) & if there is still a tie 4) A Coin Toss.
-Divisions are limited; therefore, we encourage you to register as soon as possible.
-Individual medals will be awarded to first and second place teams in each pool.
-All standard applicable basketball rules as found in the NFHS Basketball Rules Book will be used with the exceptions outlined on the rules sheet. Teams are encouraged to have uniform shirts with visible numbers on the back. Numbers on the front are recommended.
-Games will be played at local Helena, East Helena and Montana City school gymnasiums.
-We must have a cell phone number sent in with the team registration form so that we can contact the coach if there are any schedule changes during the tournament.
