Hustle Winter Tip-Off Venues

Good afternoon, we hope everyone is safe and staying warm. We just wanted to reach out to confirm everything is still a go for games tomorrow, the facility was hopping with people today and the parking lot is cleared and ready for everyone tomorrow.

Welcome Coaches and Parents,

We are excited to have your team registered for the Hustle Winter Tip-Off. We look forward to watching the kids take the floor this Sunday.

As the event draws near, we wanted to ensure everyone has updates on event details. I have included the updated rules for Sunday, as well as additional info for your review. In addition, doors will not open until 8:00am on Sunday. Our staff will be setting up before but the doors will not be unlocked for spectator and player entrance until 8:00am.

GAME SCHEDULE

Event updates comcerning weather will be mailed out Saturday afternoon and evening confirming start times.

Everyone should expect to play two pool games. The top teams in each division/pool will advance to bracket play/championship games.

Please be sure to click on the schedule or team tab at the top of your desktop. Via phone, please click on the three little lines to find these tabs. Please check the schedule frequently for any schedule updates.

TEAM ROSTERS:
Only two coaches per team will receive coaching bands and only coaches with bands will be allowed to sit on the bench.

Please bring a team roster that includes first and last name and jersey number. We will have ballerTV for anyone wanting to watch the livestream of games. We will also have an announcer on the main court.

GAME RULES
Please review the attachment for rules.

We had some issues last weekend with compulsive shoe tying. We ask that coaches please ensure their kids' shoes are tied as we do not wish for game delays or wasted gametime in order for kids to tie their shoes. Please plan to sub players out whose shoes are untied.

GAME ENTRANCE PROTOCOLS
Adults - $10
Seniors - $5
Children (7-17) - $3

CONCESSIONS AND OTHER INFO
Concessions will be available for drinks, packaged food items, pizza, etc...No outside food is allowed in the venue.

Good afternoon, I hope all is well. I just updated the schedule per everyone's requests. Please click here to review the schedule. We appreciate everyone patience leading up to finalizing the schedule and as the event draws near. With the uncertainty of weather we are doing our best to communicate and solidify details for everyone.

Early games for the 2032 and 2031 divisions were needed and will be hard to push back much later. It is not our normal protocol to give out-of-town teams the early games and God willing this will be an only time occurrence. Please review and let me know if there are any immediate changes that must be made.

Good afternoon, thank you for your patience in releasing the schedule. I had it done early this morning but was thrown a couple curveballs this afternoon. All divisions are still a go and a schedule should be released later this evening.

Good evening, we hope everyone has started off 2025 blessed. We have all teams confirmed and pools are released. We will release the tentative schedule early afternoon on Wednesday and a final schedule will be released late on Wednesday.
