Terms & Conditions: By registering for a youth basketball team through Junior 3SSB / 3SSB / Gold Circuit Events (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Participant” or “Parent/Guardian”) agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Registration and Eligibility Participants must be within the specified age range for the team. Eligibility requirements can be found on our website. Registration is open until the designated deadline or until the event reaches capacity. All participating coaches and players must have an AAU membership to participate. AAU membership numbers are required as part of the registration process. 2. Fees and Payments Registration fees are due at the time of enrollment. Fees are non-refundable if team withdraws within 48 hours of event start, unless the program is canceled by us. Additional costs (e.g., uniforms, travel, lodging, meals, AAU membership fees) may apply and are the responsibility of the team and/or individual participants. 3. Code of Conduct Participants, parents, and guardians are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner during all events and activities. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the team. There is a zero tolerance policy for physical altercations by players, coaches or fans. Any such person will be removed from the venue and event. 4. Health and Safety Participants must disclose any medical conditions or allergies that may affect game play during registration. We recommend that participants have health insurance coverage. 5. Photo and Video Release By registering, you consent to the use of your child’s image in photographs or videos taken during events for promotional purposes. 6. Liability Waiver By participating in our program, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved in sports activities. You agree to waive any claims against Jr 3SSB / 3SSB / Gold Circuit events and its staff for any injuries or damages incurred during participation. 7. Communication You consent to receive communications via email, text, or phone regarding team activities, schedules, and updates. 8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes. 9. Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the event location. 10. Acceptance By completing the registration process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

Refund Eligibility Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions: Written notice of cancellation must be provided at least 7 days prior to the event start date. Refunds will be granted if the event is canceled. 2. Notice of Cancellation To request a refund, please submit a written notice via email to info@3ssbcircuit.com. Include your registration details and the reason for the cancellation. 3. Refund Process Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the written notice. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for registration. 4. Non-Refundable Items Please note that registration fees are non-refundable if notice is not given at least 7 days before the event start date. 5. Spectator Waiver Agreement

NOTICE: By signing this waiver, you acknowledge the inherent risks involved in attending youth basketball events, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or damages. You voluntarily agree to waive any claims against the event organizers, facility owners, coaches, and any other affiliated parties. 1. Acknowledgment of Risk I, the undersigned, acknowledge that attending a youth basketball event involves certain risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, and incidents that may occur on or off the playing court. I understand that the event organizers and affiliated parties will not be responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur during the event. 2. Release of Liability I, on behalf of myself (and my minor child, if applicable), hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the event organizers, coaches, facility owners, volunteers, and all other individuals or organizations connected to the event from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from my participation as a spectator. 3. Indemnification I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, coaches, volunteers, and other associated parties from any claims, damages, injuries, or losses resulting from my actions or those of my minor child. 4. Emergency Medical Care In the event of an emergency, I grant permission for event personnel to provide or seek medical treatment for myself or my minor child. I understand that I will be responsible for any costs related to such treatment. 5. Media Release (Optional) I grant permission for photographs or videos of myself or my child to be taken during the event for promotional, educational, or other purposes related to the event. I understand that these images may be used in various forms of media without compensation. 6. Acknowledgment of Understanding I have read and fully understand the terms of this waiver and release of liability. I voluntarily agree to all conditions stated above.
