Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all teams and participants registered for the Tip-Off Classic Basketball Tournament ("Tournament"). By completing the registration process, you agree to the terms outlined below. ________________________________________ 1. General Refund Policy 1.1 Non-Refundable Fees • Registration fees are non-refundable, except under the circumstances outlined in Section 2. 1.2 Team Cancellations • If a team withdraws after the registration deadline, no refunds will be issued. • Teams that cancel before the registration deadline may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a [processing fee percentage or flat fee, if applicable]. ________________________________________ 2.
