General Information

Tournament Overview

Divisions
Separate divisions are available for boys and girls in grades 4 through 8. If we are short on teams, divisions may be combined; we will inform you in advance if this is necessary. The first eight teams in each division will be accepted, so please submit your registration as soon as possible. Checks can follow but should be sent promptly to secure your spot.

Game Location
All games will be held at the Empire Sports Complex, with additional venues secured if needed based on the number of registered teams. All facilities provide an excellent environment for basketball. This tournament is proudly sponsored by Buffalo Wild Wings.

Game Format
Teams will play 1–2 games on Saturday and 1–2 games on Sunday, depending on the format for each division. Out-of-town teams will be scheduled for later games on Saturday to allow for travel time.

Awards
Individual medals will be awarded to first-place winners.

Admission and Concessions
Admission fees and concessions will be available at each location:

Adults: $7
Kids: $4
Seniors: $2
Additional Information
Detailed rules and tournament information will be provided once your team is accepted. Final brackets are expected to be sent out one week before the tournament.

Roster Submission
Upon acceptance, please submit a roster listing all players’ names, numbers, and coaches’ names for the tournament program and booklet. Rosters can be sent via email or mail.
