Refund Policy

Teams/Individuals wishing to withdraw from a tournament with a refund must notify tournament staff in writing on or before the registration deadline. Upon providing notice, a team/individual will be eligible for a refund of entry fees except for the deposit amount, which may be applied to a future tournament within the calendar year. No Refunds will be given after the registration deadline regardless of whether a team participates in the tournament.
