Good Evening Coaches,

This is a reminder that rosters lock at 8 PM tonight. Any changes made in your Exposure account after 8 PM today will not reflect on the printed score sheets used for this weekend’s games.

Please ensure the following:

Rosters: All players’ names and jersey numbers must be entered into your Exposure account.
Coaches: Only coaches listed in Exposure will receive coach bands (maximum of 2 per team).
NSID Verification: All players must have their NSID verification available at coaches’ check-in.
Note: Changes made after the 8 PM deadline need to be completed at coaches’ check-in and will incur a $20 change fee.

Hello Coaches,

We are so thankful to have you and your team(s) participating during our Super Regional this weekend. The schedule is live! Please make the schedule work.

Court monitor:
The home team is welcome to assist the scorekeeper with stats, etc. The scorekeeper is the official book. If there's an issue the court monitor will be present and will address any issues. All court monitors should introduce themselves to you before the game starts. Please find the court monitor before your game.

Check-in:
Check-in will start on Saturday @ 8:30 am. Only 2 coaches' bands will be given per team - coaches MUST be listed in Exposure and have a photo ID.

Warm-Up Balls:
For this event coaches will provide their warm-up balls. We will only provide a game ball.

Roster Changes:
*Deadline: Thursday, January 16th, by 7 PM.
*Ensure all players’ first and last names and jersey numbers, are updated in Exposure before this time.
*Changes made after 7 PM will appear on your side but will not reflect on tournament rosters.
*Rosters are pre-printed and at the score table before your game. Those are the official score sheets, no additions will be made.

The app has a (H) for the home team or (V) for the visitors.

NSID:
NSIDs must be shown at check-in for players. NSIDs for all players must be placed on the scorers' table before the game starts.

We’re excited to see you this weekend as our event continues as planned! Please review the important deadlines and guidelines below to ensure compliance and readiness for the tournament:

1. Roster Changes:
*Deadline: Thursday, January 16th, by 7 PM.

2. Coach Bands:
Two coach's bands will be provided per team. Only coaches listed as "active" in Exposure will be eligible to receive bands. If multiple coaches are listed, the first two who arrive and request bands will receive them.

3. Tournament Fees
All fees must be submitted by 5 PM today.
*Payment Options:
**Zelle (no processing fees).
**Invoice (6% processing fee applies).

3. NSID Verification
All players MUST be NSID verified.
A copy of the approved digital card must be present at check-in and on the scorer's table during games.
------A printed verified roster is preferred, but individual cards will also be accepted.
