We’re excited to have you join us for a great weekend of competition and community.

🏀 All games this weekend will be played at Carolina Courts Indian Trail – 
        240 Chestnut Parkway, Indian Trail, NC 28079

We sincerely thank each of you for the opportunity to host your teams, parents, and yourself.

Our goal is to deliver not only a great basketball experience but also a weekend full of family fun and quality entertainment.

Important Admission Information for This Weekend

Admission

Weekend Pass - $40
(If paying by card a $2 processing fee will be added to each weekend pass)

Saturday Day Pass - $25
Sunday Day Pass - $20
(If paying by card a $1 processing fee will be added to each day pass purchased)

Children 6 & under: Free

We accept Cash & Card
(All card transactions will include a processing fee)

We kindly ask you to pass this information on to your parents to help avoid any delays or confusion at the entrance.

Check-In Procedures:

·       All teams must check in at the gym where they play their first game.

·       Facility doors will not open until 8:30 AM on Saturday —please inform your parents and players.

·       Only (3) coach’s bands will be issued per team. If a band is removed or lost, no replacements will be given. It is up to the head coach to make sure all assistant coaches and staff have their band on after the coaches packets have been signed for. No additional band will be given out. NO EXCEPTIONS!

·       All players must be in full uniform (jersey and shorts) or have their full uniform in hand when entering the gym. 
o   No exception, players without a full uniform will not be allowed inside.
o   Coaches, please help us ensure compliance with this rule.

Schedules:
·       Schedules will be posted on the LBI Carolina App. 
·       Please inform parents to download the app from the App Store for easy access.

First team listed is home team. Home team wears light colored jersey and provides official book keeper at the score table.

As we don’t anticipate any but please check back for schedule changes up until game time just to be on the safe side.
