We have completed the 2nd draft of the schedule. But we have received multiple last minute scheduling requests. We are doing our best to incorporate them to make the tournament as smooth as possible. We are working on the 3rd Draft for Saturday's schedule. Sunday and Monday's draft schedule will be released by 1:00 pm today. We thank you for your patience.

Thank you for joining our Memorial Weekend Battle Tournament. Primary comunications will come out in this form. We will keep you updated as changes occur or of any information that you need to know!

Please note that the schedule has been slightly challenging, so nothing is perfect. The 1st draft of Saturday's schedule will be visible at 9:00 a.m. If you do find an error in the schedule, please email info@pvbl.org.. We will be working on updates and Sunday's draft schedule today. The schedule will be available via the Exposure Events App or viathe link:https://basketball.exposureevents.com/235078/pvbl-memorial-weekend-battle-tournament/schedule. Some games may be moved to a second facility accordingly if necessary.

Many games will be taped! Attached are the rules (https://basketball.exposureevents.com/235078/pvbl-memorial-weekend-battle-tournament/documents), a copy of them will be available to vew on the table as well.

Please note the following:
- Coaches are responsible, for their staff, team, and spectators
- Coaches must pick up there weekend bands on the first day. (Only 2 coaches per team)
- Players must be wearing there uniforms in order to enter
- Gyms will be available no earlier than 8:45 a.m. on each morning
- We would appreceiate it the coaches kept all of the basketballs under their control.
- We will have light consessions for the weekend, but their are many eating establishments close by. (No FOOD or Drinks in the GYMS)
- A link will be sent out by Thursday with a request to update your Rosters for those who wish to compelte the rosters online.

Good Morning Coaches,

Please send me an email if you can not read your schedule using the link from Exposure Events ofhttps://basketball.exposureevents.com/235078/pvbl-memorial-weekend-battle-tournament/schedule.

The schedule has been finalized for Saturday, but there might be a few slight shifts due to a couple of new teams enterening and a couple that had advised that they can not play this holiday weekend. It is our intention not to make too many changes. If you see Applied Credit for your opponent, please let me know. Their seems to be a glitch and we are working to get it resolved.
