Uniform Compliance:
* Teams must wear exactly matching uniforms.
Referees will conduct uniform checks before each game. Non-compliance will result in the athlete(s) being unable to participate.

Gate Entry Policy:
To manage financial challenges and maintain high-quality, affordable events, we require all attendees, except uniformed players and up to two coaches per team, to pay an entry fee. This approach helps us ensure a quality experience for everyone and supports the event's financial health. We value your cooperation with this policy. Your badges are valid the whole day and not one game. Under no circumstances do we offer refunds.
* Integrity and Fairness: We ask you to report any policy breaches you witness. Your support is crucial in maintaining fair and accessible games. Our team and game officials will rigorously enforce these rules to ensure the event's integrity.
* Security Measures: Unauthorized entry attempts, including badge swapping or using non-designated entrances, will lead to immediate removal by our security team. The related athlete will be barred from participating in that weekend's event.
* Repeated Offenses: Teams with members violating this policy three times will be expelled from the event and forfeit their games, without a refund for any policy breaches.
Your adherence to and support of these guidelines enable us to create enjoyable and inclusive events for all participants.

FORFEIT GAMES: We cannot guarantee the attendance of opposing teams. Ensure your scheduled opponent is present. Teams forfeiting a game for any reason will incur a $100 fee, payable before their next scheduled game. This policy is strictly enforced without exceptions.
