Coaches,
We are excited to welcome you to the 2025 tip-off for the AAU season tomorrow at The Baller Bash! Below are some notes to review before your games tomorrow. Please read!
Teams are to provide their own warm up and game balls. The tournament is not responsible for providing basketballs to your team.
Athletes and coaches are both required to come to check-in.
Spectator admission this weekend is $35 for the weekend ages 13+ or $20 per day. Children ages 6-12 is $20 for the weekend or $15 per day. Under 6 is free.
Please text your rosters to 407-362-8846 if it is not already on file with the tournament.
There is a zero tolerance policy for fighting at all AAU, Hoopfluence, & TNBASouth events. Head coaches and program directors are responsible for their team’s assistant coaches, bench personnel, team media, athletes, and spectators behavior. Severe consequences will be taken for any action deemed as fighting.
This event will contest games with halves, not quarters. Seven fouls begin the bonus free-throws and 10 fouls begin the double bonus free threes. Each team will have three full timeouts, and two 30 second timeouts. Timeouts do NOT carryover to overtime. Each time gets one 30 second timeout in overtime.
Top team on the schedule will be the home team. Bottom team will be the away team.
A maximum of three coaches are allowed per team. All coaches must have an aau membership to get a pass into the venue or sit on the bench. Only the athletes on the roster for each team playing in a game are allowed to be on the bench.
Athletes may play on multiple teams in this event so long as the athlete meets the eligibility requirements for both grades they a rostered in, the teams are a part of the same organization, and the teams are in different grades. An athlete cannot play on multiple teams for the same organization in the same grade, even if it is different skill levels. Athletes cannot play on teams that are different organizations.
A running clock will be utilized when a team is winning by 20 or more points. If the score goes back below a 20 point deficit, normal clock stoppage resumes.
