Waiver and Release of Liability
By accepting these terms, I, on behalf of myself and all team members, acknowledge the following as a condition of participation in the "Locked In Summer Championship" organized by Locked In Sports:
Acknowledgment of Risks: I understand that participating in the "Locked In Summer Championship" involves certain risks, including physical injury, property damage, or losses due to the actions of other participants, coaches, or facility conditions.
Waiver of Liability: I, for myself and my team, release Locked In Sports, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or actions arising from any loss, damage, or injury, including death, sustained while participating in the tournament.
Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Locked In Sports, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims resulting from injuries, damages, or losses incurred by my team during the tournament.
Assumption of Risk: Participation is voluntary, and I assume all risks associated with it, including travel to and from the event and any activities on tournament premises.
Compliance with Rules: My team agrees to follow all rules and instructions provided by Locked In Sports and event officials.
Emergency Medical Treatment: I authorize tournament organizers or medical personnel to administer necessary medical treatment in case of injury or emergency.
Binding Agreement: I have read and understand this waiver and agree to its terms
