We hope you enjoyed a wonderful Christmas holiday with family and friends. As teams begin traveling to Tampa, we wanted to share a few important updates and reminders.

Coaches,

As we gear up for Session 2 of TBCI, this is a reminder of our daily check‑in requirements and hours. Please review the details below to ensure a smooth start to your tournament experience.

✅ Team Check‑In Requirements
Each team must check in at least two (2) hours before their first scheduled game time.
The head coach or a team administrator must complete check-in.
Players do NOT need to attend check‑in.
If your team has not submitted its roster, it must be completed at registration before credentials can be issued.

💳 Payment Requirements
If you have not made payment yet, please visit Amanda at Team Registration prior to registering your team. All tournament fees, add‑on wristbands, and outstanding balances must be paid before your first game.
Teams with unpaid balances will not be permitted to begin play until payment is finalized.

🎟️ Wristbands & Credentials
During check‑in, the head coach or administrator will receive:
Coaching credentials and player passes
Each team receives:
Three (3) coaching wristbands
One (1) administrator wristband (may be used for a bookkeeper or AD)
Additional wristbands may be purchased for $65 each for the Session 1 pass.
