We have had a great tournament so far! The casino has asked me to please ask our parents and coaches to supervise their children/players on property. There are some teams that still need to complete the verification process. The deadline is tonight. Of course, we will work with teams, but we need to complete the process to have everything ready for the tournament this weekend. Please see link below. We have opened up the entire schedule. If you have completed the verification process please note you can add players to your team, but those players will need to be verified. Rosters will be LOCKED at 11:59pm on June 9. Please see the verification link below. Please note there are no exceptions. Every coach and player must be verified. If your team only has 5 players verified VH staff will be reaching out and you are requested to add players to your roster. While we understand the inconvenience of this process we are confident based on the feedback of participants from years of Mohegan Sun events that guaranteeing a fair and "cheater free" event will result in a more enjoyable and stress free weekend for all participants.

Please see the link below for CT Sun Tickets for their game versus the Chicago Sky on the Sunday of our event. We did our best to schedule around the game for the teams that reached out after our message sent last weekend. This link is for individual families. Also, please remember once your team's verification is complete you will be able to view your schedule which has been published. Please do not reach out about not playing on Friday as this is a three day event and Friday games are required to fit all of the games. Thank you!

The Vertical Hoops Mohegan Sun Championships is live. Please use this link and/or download the Vertical Hoops App available in both app stores. Please remember as noted in previous communications we do not schedule this event maximum times in between games like regular events. Also, there is a NCAA Certified High School event that weekend for Girls so we did try to schedule Girls 9th in later time slots to avoid conflicts for players.

Please note that your schedule will only viewable if your team has completed the NSID Verification process. Also, expect changes in the next week or so as they are bound to happen in a schedule this large. We are releasing the schedule tomorrow, but before we do we are sending this message out to any teams that are planning or would like to plan on attending the CT Sun WNBA game on Sunday June 15. Please send an email to jason@verticalhoops.com to let us know by tonight (Sunday) at midnight and we will do our best to schedule around the CT Sun vs Chicago Sky at 12:00pm in the Mohegan Sun Arena. If you are interested in group pricing for the game let us know and we will put you in touch with the team to arrange tickets for the game.

Also, another reminder that teams must be verified by NSID. The deadline is June 1. No refunds will be issued to teams who fail to complete the verification process. NO EXCEPTIONS. Only verified teams will be able to view their schedules on the Vertical Hoops app.
