Good morning everyone!
I hope all the ladies are ready to take the court!!! We will be celebrating the ladies all weekend and I am ready to crown some queens on Championship Sunday.
It is going to be a great weekend of basketball. Please review the bleow info and make sure to share with your parents and fans.
Review the attached rules for the event. It is your responsiblity to know our rules.

NO COOLERS OR OUTSIDE FOOD ARE ALLOWED IN THE GYM.
Conessions are available on site.
Please note that tournament guests are not allowed upstairs without a Benton River Center membership.

Admission for parents and fans is $10 ages 6 and up. Ages 5 and under are free. We accept cash, credit, debit, or CashApp. Fees do apply for credit or debit purchases.

!!!!PLEASE ARRIVE TO THE VENUE AT LEAST 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR TEAMS SCHEDULED GAME TIME!!!

All coaches must check in upon arrival to the venue both days. You get 2 coach wristbands with your registration. You will be required to provide the correct head coach and assistant coach names. If you have not listed the correct coaches, please email the info to HSSEbasketball@gmail.com and I will correct it for you.
PLEASE keep up with your teams and do not allow them to play in the restrooms or run around the facility. Upstairs is off limits for event guests and players unless you have a valid membershiop at Benton River Center.

Take note of our unsportsmanlike conduct policy. ANY UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. THIS APPLIES TO COACHES, PLAYERS, PARENTS OR FANS. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. IF DEEMED NECESSARY AS DETERMINED BY YOUR ACTIONS, YOU MAY NOT BE ALLOWED TO PLAY OR ATTEND FUTURE HSSE EVENTS. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY TO ANY PERSON OR TEAM THAT EXHIBITS ANY UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT. LAW ENFORCEMENT WILL BE CALLED ON ANY PERSON WHO DOES NOT COOPERATE WITH THIS RULE. NO EXCEPTIONS AND THIS IS A ZERO TOLERANCE RULE.

Doors will open 30 minutes before the 1st game both days.

Good morning Coaches,
It is almost time for the ladies to take the court! I love this event!!! Get ready for a whole weekend of GIRL POWER!

Payment for this event is due Saturday March 29, 2025 by 6pm.
It is prefered that you pay via the invoice that was sent to you by email. You can even pay with CashApp through the invoice.
If you have any questions related to payment please respond to this email or email us directly at HSSEbasketball@gmail.com.
Please send any other requests by email also.

We would like to have the schedule out by next Wednesday. WE WILL NOT SCHEDULE GAMES FOR UNPAID TEAMS.
