Raining Buckets Vol. 7

This is a reminder to check your game times. We have not made any changes but always check, check, and recheck!!!
ARRIVE TO THE GYM 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED GAME TIME!!!!!!
No coolers or outside are allowed in the gym.
$10 each day for parents/fans and kids under 6 are free.
Chairs are only allowed on the concrete areas of the gym floor.
No playing in the restrooms, pool area, or upstairs. These areas are for members only. I will ask people to leave if they are in any of these areas.
We do provide scorekeepers and police officers.
Please review the attached rules. It is your responsibility to know them.

Please look at your game times. There were some changes made to the schedule. Make sure you have our FREE Hop Step Sporting Events app. This is the best way to follow the event. I encourage you to have your parents and fans download the app as well. This will save you a lot of questions. Thank you all again for choosing to play with HSSE!

It is going to be a great weekend of basketball. Please review the bleow info and make sure to share with your parents and fans.
Review the attached rules for the event. It is your responsiblity to know our rules.

NO COOLERS OR OUTSIDE FOOD ARE ALLOWED IN THE GYM.
Conessions are available on site.
Please note that tournament guests are not allowed upstairs without a valid Benton River Center membership.

Admission for parents and fans is $10 ages 6 and up. Ages 5 and under are free. We accept cash, credit, debit, or CashApp. Fees do apply for credit or debit purchases.

!!!!PLEASE ARRIVE TO THE VENUE AT LEAST 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR TEAMS SCHEDULED GAME TIME!!!

All coaches must check in upon arrival to the venue both days. You get 2 coach wristbands with your registration. You will be required to provide the correct head coach and assistant coach names. If you have not listed the correct coaches, please email the info to HSSEbasketball@gmail.com and I will correct it for you.
PLEASE keep up with your teams and do not allow them to play in the restrooms or run around the facility. Upstairs is off limits for event guests and players unless you have a valid membershiop at Benton River Center.

Take note of our unsportsmanlike conduct policy. ANY UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. THIS APPLIES TO COACHES, PLAYERS, PARENTS OR FANS. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. IF DEEMED NECESSARY AS DETERMINED BY YOUR ACTIONS, YOU MAY NOT BE ALLOWED TO PLAY OR ATTEND FUTURE HSSE EVENTS. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY TO ANY PERSON OR TEAM THAT EXHIBITS ANY UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT. LAW ENFORCEMENT WILL BE CALLED ON ANY PERSON WHO DOES NOT COOPERATE WITH THIS RULE. NO EXCEPTIONS AND THIS IS A ZERO TOLERANCE RULE.

Doors will open 30 minutes before the 1st game both days.

If you have not paid your event fees please pay by tomorrow morning. I will remove any unpaid teams around 4pm tomorrow.
