The issues have been resolved. Here is the completed schedule. Please check your game times.

DOORS WILL OPEN AT 8:30 EACH DAY.

!!!!PLEASE ARRIVE TO THE VENUE AT LEAST 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR TEAMS SCHEDULED GAME TIME!!!
All coaches must check in upon arrival to the venue each day. You get 2 coach wristbands with your registration. You will be required to provide the correct head coach and assistant coach names. If you do have more than 2 coaches, they will have to purchace a wristband at the gate. PLEASE REVIEW THE RULES! SINCE THE START OF OUR COMPANY, WE HAVE ONLY ALLOWED 2 COACHES ON THE BENCH.

NO COOLERS OR OUTSIDE FOOD ARE ALLOWED IN THE GYM.
Conessions are available on site.
Chairs only allowed on concrete areas.

PLEASE keep up with your teams and do not allow them to play in the restrooms or run around the facility. The upstairs areas are for MEMBERS ONLY. Event guests without memberships will be asked to leave the venue without refund if found in any MEMBERS ONLY areas.

Take note of our unsportsmanlike conduct policy. ANY UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. THIS APPLIES TO COACHES, PLAYERS, PARENTS OR FANS. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. IF DEEMED NECESSARY AS DETERMINED BY YOUR ACTIONS, YOU MAY NOT BE ALLOWED TO PLAY OR ATTEND FUTURE HSSE EVENTS. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY TO ANY PERSON OR TEAM THAT EXHIBITS ANY UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT.

Hello Everyone,
Exposure Events is experiencing a few technical issues this evening. I know the times look crazy or multiple occurances of the same time slot. We are working on the issue. Here is the 1st schedule that I dowdnloaded. It is not exactly correct but you can at least get a feel for the times for your division. Some will be correct and some will not. I will continue to monitor and fix it all when I can.

We are excited to announce our parternship with WORKHARDER Recovery. They offer a variety of on site recoverey services for athletes. They will be set up on the main court at the Benton River Center. Of course, the wristbands you purchase at the gate will get you into both venues. I have attached their service and price menu. Stop in and chat with them and maybe even get a stretch.

Payment for this event is due NOW.
