Check-In Details
Friday, April 4th:

Early Check-in opens at 12:00 PM at Carolina Courts Indian Trail for all teams. Teams can stop by anytime between 12:00 PM & 9:00 PM on Friday.

Saturday, April 5th:
Check-in locations are based on your team’s first game location:

Carolina Courts Indian Trail: Teams playing at Carolina Courts Indian Trail, Sun Valley High School, Weddington High School, or LabCity Event Center will check in here.

Carolina Courts Concord: Teams playing at Carolina Courts Concord, Cox Mill High School, or West Charlotte High School will check in here.
Required Items for Check-In:
To ensure a smooth check-in process, please have the following items ready:

Completed RISE Report Roster Form (Attached). This can also be emailed to me by Thursday evening and we will have a printed off copy prepared at check-in.
Proof of Age & Grade Verification for every player on your roster. Acceptable forms of verification include:

Birth Certificates or State IDs for age verification
Report Cards for grade verification
A completed and verified National Sports Identification (NSID) is also acceptable in lieu of the above. An approved example of this page has been attached. *If a NON-APPROVED copy is brought at check-in, your player and/or team will not be eligible*.

Team Books with the above documents neatly organized to expedite the check-in process. The quicker this process is, the quicker we can get your team ready to play.

Important Notes
If you check in on Saturday prior to your first game, please arrive no later than 1 hour before your scheduled game time. Teams with an 8:00 AM game will have check-in open at 7:00 AM.

Coaches' bands or player t-shirts will not be distributed until the team has fully completed the check-in process.

Coaches' bands will NOT be distributed at any location EXCEPT Carolina Courts Indian Trail & Carolina Courts Concord. If your team plays at another gym location first, you MUST come to the appropriate Carolina Courts (See Paragraph 1) to pick up your bands.

Any player with incomplete paperwork or deemed ineligible will not be permitted to participate.
