Please make sure that you are taking a look at the schedule that has been released. Make sure you are reading it carefully and sending the right information to your parents and teams. Unfortunately, it is way too late to make schedule changes.

I apologize for my previous email. Here is the template for the rosters. Please have them filled out by the end of the day.

THANK YOU so much for your participation in Earned Not Given 2025! Here's a quick note of some need-to-knows and helpful information as you prepare for play the weekend of June 27-29.

Team Entry Fees
Team entry fee requests have been sent to all coaches either via Zelle, Cash App, or PayPal. If you have not already, please submit your payments as soon as possible. Without payment your registration is considered incomplete and your team(s) will not be included on the schedule.

If you have a preferred payment method other than what you received, please let us know asap and we will resolve.

Rosters
If you haven't already, as soon as time allows, please log into the Exposure site and update your team rosters. The rosters will be used for no other purpose, but to create information packets for attending college programs and media. We currently have 15 college coaches and over 20 media outlets registered to attend the event, and expecting many more in the coming days.

Please submit your rosters by this Saturday, Jun. 21.

Hotel Accommodations
There is ONLY 1 DAY LEFT before the special rates for hotel room reservations ends. Please use the reservation link below for your staff, teams, and parents.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Arlington (cutoff Friday, Jun. 20)

Friday Night Games
This year's Earned Not Given dates are Jun. 27-29, which means play will start on Friday evening with the first round of games kicking off at 6pm at the Mansfield Fieldhouse.

If your teams are local to the DFW metro, it is not guaranteed that you will start on Friday, but please be prepared to do so.

Locations
There will be (2) sites for play:
Mansfield Fieldhouse (650 U.S. 287 Frontage Rd, Mansfield, TX)
Cedar Hill HS (1 Longhorn Blvd, Cedar Hill, TX)

Clear Bag Policy
At the Mansfield Fieldhouse location there is a "clear bag policy" that applies to spectators, players, and coaches. To be clear, all bags must be clear or it will not be allowed into the facility.

Spectator Admissions
Children (ages 10 and below): $10 day, $15 weekend passes
Adults: $30 day, $40 weekend passes
Seniors: $10 tournament pass
*Card and cash payment forms will be accepted

As you plan your travels for Earned Not Given later this month, here are two hotel options in the gym's proximity with great rates that we highly recommend you and your parents consider:

Hilton Garden Inn Dallas/South Arlington with rates as low as $159/night (rate ends June 12)

Holiday Inn Arlington I-20/Parks Mall with rates as low as $139/night (rate ends June 13)
