11th Annual "Chasing The Dream" Venues

Good morning coaches,

Reminder if you haven't sent payments please do so ASAP. Make sure you're on time so we can stay on schedule all day long. Please make sure to bring your rosters(you can turn in at check in), or you can email or text to me. Coaches, fans, and players lets have fun and be respectful to each other. If a COACH, PLAYER, or FAN is ejected they're DONE FOR TOURNAMENT WITH NO REFUND. This is all about the kids and having fun while doing it. Coaches everyone has the schedule days in advance please be respectful of coaches, players, and parents time. I tried my best to move the 4th and 5th place games to decent game times PLEASE IF YOU KNOW YOU NOT STAYING LET THE COACH AND MYSELF KNOW IN ADVANCE so i can let the opposing team know. Lets have a great fun weekend of basketball. See everyone on the hardwood.

Reminder all rosters are due by first game. ALL PAYMENTS are due ASAP. Please be early to games. Games are scheduled for 45 minutes, majority games will not last 45 minutes. If you see any games back to back please let me know asap so i can fix it. This is basically a rough draft schedule it want be finalized to 6pm. Please dont send out to your parents till late this evening.

I wanna thank everyone for participating in 11th Annual "Chasing The Dream Tournament". We have 110 teams registered this weekend. If you haven't paid please do so ASAP. Reminder all rosters are due before your first game. They need to be submitted on the ETGC roster form under documents. Please make sure you're early to games they usually don't last the full 45 mins. All coaches that play at the High School will need to go to the main gym to get your coaches bands(only 2 per team). Reminder if you fight or get ejected your DONE FOR ENTIRE TOURNAMENT WITH NO REFUND. Coaches please let your parents and players know. I know everyone wants to compete and win, but the ultimate goal is giving the kids an opportunity to play basketball. Please respect my refs and staff. Schedule will be posted by 12pm on tomorrow. If you have any problems with schedule please text ASAP and let me know. Please make sure you don't play back to back. Lastly, lets have a safe fun EVENT!
