For those that might be affected by the road closure:
🚧 FULL NORTHBOUND I-680 CLOSURE 🚧
Dates: Friday, August 8 (10:00 PM) – Monday, August 11 (5:00 AM)
Location: Fremont, near the Mission San Jose (SR-238) Overpass
Caltrans will fully close a portion of northbound I-680 for essential bridge and pavement repairs.
Detour for NB I-680 Traffic:
➡ Exit right at Mission Blvd/SR-238 Off-Ramp
➡ Turn left to head north on Mission Blvd/SR-238
➡ Turn right onto Niles Canyon Rd (SR-84)
➡ Turn right onto the NB I-680/SR-84 On-Ramp
➡ Merge and continue north toward Sacramento
⚠ Expect delays and plan alternate routes.
