Privacy Policy Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, protect, and dispose of personal information provided by spectators, participants, and other individuals involved with our event. Information Collected We may collect personal information, including but not limited to: Full name Home address Email address Phone number Age or date of birth Payment details (such as credit card information) Any other information voluntarily submitted for event participation or registration Use of Information All collected information is used solely for the purposes of event registration, communication, and administration. We do not sell, share, or distribute personal information to third parties for any purpose, including marketing or promotional use. Data Protection We take appropriate measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. This includes secure storage and limited access to sensitive data, including payment and participant details. Data Disposal All documents, whether physical or digital, that contain personal information will be securely deleted or shredded after the conclusion of the event and once they are no longer needed for administrative purposes. Spectator Waiver and Release of Liability By attending this event, all spectators hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: Code of Conduct: Proper behavior is required at all times. Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate conduct, including but not limited to fighting, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund. Assumption of Risk: Attendance at this event is voluntary. TOP Basketball and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries sustained by spectators while on the premises or during the event, whether such injuries occur before, during, or after the event. Personal Property: TOP Basketball and its affiliates are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Spectators are encouraged to keep their belongings secure and attend at all times. Event Changes: TOP Basketball and its affiliates reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, delay, or make changes to any event, game, or activity without notice. TOP Basketball and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any such cancellations, forfeitures, or schedule changes. Waiver of Liability: By remaining on the premises, the spectator voluntarily releases and discharges the hosting organization, its staff, volunteers, affiliates, and sponsors from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in or attendance at the event. By attending the event, you agree to the terms of this waiver. If you do not agree, please do not enter or remain on the premises.

Refund Policy Thank you for your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully: Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the start of the event. Any request received after this period will not be accepted, regardless of circumstances. Policy Overview: This refund policy serves as a written agreement between TOP and its customers regarding returns and refunds for purchased goods or services related to the event. Refund Process: All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email. Once your request is received and reviewed, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Additional Terms: This policy applies only to fully paid registrations. The organization reserves the right to deny a refund if the request does not meet the outlined criteria. General Note: While refund policies are not legally required in the United States, providing clear and consistent guidelines helps ensure fairness and transparency for both the organization and attendees. By purchasing a ticket or registering for the event, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this refund policy.
