Good Evening as we prepare for Championship Sunday for South Florida Jamfest III

Please check the final schedule onlne. It was just updated as of 8:57 PM as all scores have been entered.

Below are a couple of housekeeping notices.

1. Coaches, we understand its championship Sunday and things can get emotional, with players and parents. Coaches please communicate with players and parents. Coaches your teams will be held accountable due to the actions of parents in the stands.

2. There will be a small awards presentation with pictures, and trophies, for champions and runner ups. Please have players full names and IG account for awards. Do not leave after your game, we will meet you.

3. Programs with multiple teams, please note that only players on the current roster can sit on the bench. Older or younger players in the same organization CANNOT sit on the bench unless its their official game.

Coral Springs Gym note: Due to recent activity in the facility, the city has mandated 2 police officers on site at all times for the weekend which was given to us last minute. Please make sure all parents scan our ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY on the QR code provided on A-Frames at the facilities or visit the website to review policies and suspensions.

Good Afternoon to all participants of the South Florida Jamfest III. We are excited to for a great weekend of basketball. The event grew much larger then expected therefore certain divisions are seperated in different venues for the weekend.

Coral Springs Gym note: Due to recent activity in the facility, the city has mandated 2 police officers on site at all times for the weekend which was given to us last minute. Please make sure all parents scan our ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY on the QR code provided on A-Frames at the facilities or visit the website to review policies and suspensions.

Starting this season, we will be implementing a new process that will be extremely strict regarding rosters. Since we preprint all scoresheets with the FULL names of the players, please ensure that you adhere to all the details mentioned below.

1. Please deactivate any players who are not participating in this weekend’s event.
2. Any player not listed on the roster before 6 pm on Friday will not be able to participate throughout the entire weekend.
3. We will not accept written names on scoresheets until bracket play commences on Sunday. (Players who didn't participate on Saturday, cannot participate on Sunday)
4. Our staff will now monitor book and scoresheet checks at any time during an event to prevent cheating and address teams that fail to adhere to the roster rules.
5. We suggest leaving the # section blank on your online roster, just in case they don’t arrive with the specified jersey number.

Coaches/Admins please log into your exposure account and make sure to update all rosters, and coaches list. Players grades 3 - 9, must have DOB enterered into exposure account roster. Your coaches will NOT be allowed to enter if their name and contact information isn’t correctly inputted. Coaches CANNOT have the same phone number and email for every coach.
