Teams are playing at different sites more than usual at this event due to so many coaches coaching so many teams in a one day event. So, please confirm one more time and make sure your parents know what site you're at for each game.

Thanks for coming out to play the first event of the HOT Winter Series, the HOT Hoops Winter Blast, on Dec 7 in Georgetown. If you haven't already downloaded the TXBA app, it is the most efficient way to get all schedule updates and event messages.

Please make sure your parents know there is a fee for spectators:
$15/day/adults and $5/day/K-12 students (cash and Venmo accepted, no cards)
Take note of the sportsmanship rules and serious consequences for any type of violence. Physical and/or verbal violence will result in a full team disqualification from the event without any refunds for spectators or the team. Additionally, any form of violence, including threats, could result in the team being banned from future TXBA events. If a parent enters the courts without prior permission from the officials, the game will be suspended at the point of interrruption. No adult should make physical contact with someone else's child without permission. Help us keep this a safe event for everyone.
Please communicate with parents that gyms will not open earlier than 7:30am, so please don't arrive earlier. All standings are decided by win/loss record, head to head, and point differential of opponents in a tie. Site Directors will hand out medals for 1st and 2nd after all games in the division are finished and the standings have updated online.
Please know I tried my absolute best to accommodate all schedule requests entered when registering. It will not be possible for me to change the schedule for late requests. Not all games will be played at the same site for some teams due to many coaches coaching multiple teams. Luckily, all GISD schools are very close to one another! Also, players must be approved in advance to play on multiple teams in the event. Rules are attached and posted under messages for the event. Please make every effort to keep this a fair and positive environment for the kids to enjoy the sport they love.

Winter League for Select and Rec teams come together from all across the Heart of Texas and play against other similar teams. All games on Sundays Jan 11, Jan 25 and Feb 1, so they don't conflict with other leagues. All for only $550 per team for 9 games. We fill up, so register ASAP! This is a tournament style league consisting of 3 Sunday only tourneys: HOT Hoops Fest Jan 11, HOT Hoops Throwdown Jan 25, and HOT Next Level Finale Feb 1.

General Information
Get to play teams outside your community by joining the Heart of Texas Winter League! Games on Sundays, so it won't conflict with other leagues. Most affordable league around at $550 per team for 9 games! Teams registering after Dec 1 will play Sunday Jan 11, Jan 25, and Feb 1 at the Austin Sports Center and in GISD.
The purpose of this league is for rec leagues from all of the Heart of Texas can get good games by creating one big league! Select teams are welcomed too because we make the divisions make sense for everyone.
Tournament Style League:
Divisions for Girls and Boys: 1/2nd, 2/3rd, 3/4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, and HS
