Hello and Happy New Year!
Thanks for competing in the Hoops Fest event on January 11th! We look forward to seeing your athletes and coaches in the gym this Sunday.

Please make sure your parents know there is a fee for spectators:
$15/day/adults and $5/day/K-12 students (cash and Venmo accepted, no cards)
Take note of the sportsmanship rules and serious consequences for any type of violence. Physical and/or verbal violence will result in a full team disqualification from the event without any refunds for spectators or the team. Additionally, any form of violence, including threats, could result in the team being banned from future TXBA events. If a parent enters the courts without prior permission from the officials, the game will be suspended at the point of interruption. No adult should make physical contact with someone else's child without permission. Help us keep this a safe event for everyone.
Please communicate with parents that gyms will not open earlier than 7:30am, so please don't arrive earlier.
All standings are decided by win/loss record, head to head, and point differential of opponents in a tie. Site Directors will hand out medals for 1st and 2nd after all games in the division are finished and the standings have updated online.
Please know we tried our absolute best to accommodate all schedule requests entered when registering. It will not be possible for me to change the schedule for late requests or those it was not possible to fulfill. Also, players must be approved in advance to play on multiple teams in the event.
Rules are attached and posted under messages for the event. Please make every effort to keep this a fair and positive environment for the kids to enjoy the sport they love.

Description
Winter Tournament for Select and Rec teams come together from all across the Heart of Texas and play against other similar teams. All 3 games on Sunday, so they don't conflict with other leagues. All for only $195 per team with discounts available registering early. We fill up, so register ASAP!

General Information
Get to play teams outside your community by joining the Heart of Texas Winter Hoops Fest! Games on Sunday, so it won't conflict with other leagues. Most affordable tourneys around at $195 per team for 3 games!
The purpose of this tournament is for rec and select teams from all of the Heart of Texas can get good games by creating one big multi-level event! We do our best to make competitive games for teams of all skill levels by splitting up division into leveled pools, so come out for some good games!
