-Grade verification with a photo (must include the player’s picture)

Only two (2) coaches or team managers per team will receive free admission. All other spectators will be required to pay admission.

Please remind your parents that we are currently in the playoffs — some still seem unaware for some reason. Admission is $10 per person, no exceptions. Family Passes Are Not Valid For Playoffs.

As most of you know by now, service inside these schools can be spotty. Bringing cash is often the easiest and least stressful payment option, but we do also accept card payments.

I’ve sent out this information multiple times, yet many parents are still not receiving or reading the updates. I shouldn’t have parents surprised that we’re in playoffs or frustrated about admission costs when the details have been communicated for weeks.

We truly appreciate everyone’s participation this season, but we need your help improving communication. I can continue sending updates, but if that information isn’t being passed along to your parents, it only leads to more confusion and frustration.

Hi Everyone,

The brackets have been posted but may be changed after this weekend’s games and results. Please check the brackets often for updates. Game times will be available this Sunday for the first round on November 9th. Semifinal games will be played on November 15th, and the championship games on November 16th. All JV games will be completed on November 9.


Admission is $10 per game. Family passes are no longer valid for playoffs — everyone ages 10 and over must pay, no exceptions.

Players are required to have proof of grade and age in print form. I will also accept copies of AAU cards for verification proof. All documents will be collected prior to the beginning of each game and checked against prior rosters.

The only schedule restrictions I can guarantee are for teams with the same coach. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in helping ensure integrity, fairness, and sportsmanship throughout the playoffs.

Please make sure to relay all league information to your parents. I’ve had several parents mention they are not receiving updates, so your help in sharing these details is appreciated.


🔹 Roster & Grade Verification Deadline

This weekend will be the last weekend I will accept players not on rosters or without grade verification.

Starting next weekend, players who are not listed on official rosters and verified by myself or my staff will NOT be allowed to play.

There will be no exceptions or second chances.

Please screenshot or bring a hard copy of your player’s grade verification if you haven’t already done so.

Because cell service can be unreliable in some gyms, it’s best to have the proof ready before arriving.


Acceptable forms of verification include:

• ParentView or school district portal screenshots

• Report cards

• Official school emails or teacher confirmations

• School IDs

• Any official document from the school that clearly shows the child’s name and grade

🔹 Parent & Spectator Conduct

Parents, please do not walk across the court or approach the scorer’s table during games.

If you believe there is an issue with the score, speak with someone at the admissions table or address it with the referee during a timeout or halftime.

Failure to follow this policy will result in an administrative technical foul for your team.

This rule helps ensure the safety of everyone involved.

Just a reminder that we will be conducting grade verifications this weekend. Please make sure all players and their parents are prepared to show proof of their current grade level.

Acceptable forms of verification include:

Each season, we receive complaints about players being placed on the wrong team. In some cases, teams have even been disqualified due to grade discrepancies. This is why it’s crucial that we verify all players.

Hi Everyone,

A few quick reminders and updates as we head into the upcoming weekend:

Hallway Dribbling: Please remind your teams that dribbling in the hallways is not allowed. Teams will be held responsible for any damages caused.

Rosters: Rosters are final as of the 10/18 weekend. All players are required to bring proof of grade and/or age this weekend. Names and jersey numbers must be listed on the roster. Failure to do so will result in an Administrative Technical Foul at the start of the game.

Pyle Middle School Bleachers: Please note that one of the bleachers at Pyle Middle School is currently out of service and cannot be retracted. The school is aware of the issue and will address it as soon as possible. This will remain in effect until further notice, so please plan accordingly when using the gym.

It’s been a great three weeks — there’s been a lot of good basketball being played, and it’s clear that teams are improving each week. I appreciate everyone’s effort and commitment so far.

Just a few housekeeping items to help keep things running smoothly and to make sure everyone is on the same page:

Trash & Belongings:
Please remember to take all trash from the benches after your game. Too many plastic bottles and other items are being left behind for staff to clean up. This serves as the last warning — failure to pick up your team’s trash will result in a technical foul in your next game.

Also, please take all personal items from the stands when you leave. As previously mentioned, I will no longer be collecting or holding onto clothes, shoes, balls, toys, etc. Any items left behind will remain at the school, and it will be your responsibility to contact the school directly about lost items.

Rosters:
If you have not submitted your team roster, please make sure it is turned in by next weekend. If we have to manually enter it on game day, it will result in a technical foul for your team.

Score Table Coverage:
Each team is expected to have someone available to assist at the score table. While we do sometimes have staff available, this is not guaranteed each game, as most of our workers are high school student-athletes who have other commitments. No experience is necessary — we will teach anyone who volunteers everything they need to know.

Playoffs & Championship Weekend:
Playoffs and championship games will take place the weekend of November 15–16, with some playoff games potentially being held the weekend prior. Please let me know as soon as possible if your team will not be available either weekend so we can plan accordingly.

Please take a moment to remind your parents about league admission:

-Families have the option of purchasing a Family Pass, which covers admission for their family for all 8 regular season games.

-Alternatively, parents may purchase a Game Day Pass at $5 per person, per game.


It is important to note that the fees paid to your organization/teams do not go to the league. League admission fees are separate and apply to all families. Some parents have expressed frustration, stating they were unaware of admission charges, so we need your help in making sure this is communicated clearly.

We completely understand parents’ concerns; however, directing frustration toward the admission table staff is unacceptable. Your cooperation in reinforcing this information with your teams and families will help us keep things running smoothly on game days.

We’re excited that the season officially kicks off tomorrow! Before we get started, I want to share a few important reminders:

Scheduling Requests: Today is the last day to send in any scheduling requests. If your team is scheduled and cannot play, another team will take your spot. Please note that games will not be rescheduled if no request has been submitted.

Rosters: I’m sending out the roster links again today. Please make sure your roster is submitted before your first game, even if you need to enter placeholder numbers for now.

Uniforms: Please be sure your team arrives in the correct uniform colors—home teams wear light, away teams wear dark. If a player does not yet have their uniform, they must wear a shirt that matches their team colors. This helps prevent delays and reduces stress on coaches and players before the game.

Dear Coaches & Team Reps,

A few quick but important updates as we get closer to tip-off:

Rosters

-Roster links have been sent out. If you have not yet done so, please enter your team’s roster as soon as possible.

-If uniforms have not arrived yet or you’re unsure of jersey numbers, you may enter “0” and update it later once uniforms are in.

Uniform Reminder

-Please pay close attention to the schedule. If your team is listed as Home (H), you should wear white or light-colored uniforms.

-The Away team (A) should wear dark uniforms.

-Having the correct uniforms on prevents wasted time with last-minute changes before games and also reduces stress on coaches during these quick transitions.

-This helps keep games on schedule since there is only a short time between matchups.


Sunday Schedule Correction

-My apologies for the error on the original schedule. All Sunday games will be played at Earle B. Wood Middle School.

-The schedule has been corrected and now reflects the proper location.

-For teams playing on Sunday: Please advise all spectators not to double park.

-This will serve as the first and only warning for the season. Violators will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Dear 365 Hoops Family,

Welcome! We’re excited to kick off another great season of basketball and can’t wait to see both familiar faces and new ones in the gym. Before we get started, I want to share a few important reminders and expectations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable season for everyone:

Schedule

-The first weekend schedule is now posted. Please check the Exposure Events app for game times and locations.

Gym & Equipment Rules

-Please do not bring outside basketballs into the gym. They often get left behind, and we also need to prevent bouncing/throwing in the halls.

-The league will supply basketballs for use.

-Coaches may bring basketballs for their team to warm up with.

-Please make sure anything brought to the bench (water bottles, jerseys, clothing, etc.) leaves with you. Left items will not be held after that weekend and will be discarded.

Game Day Information

-Games will begin at 8:40 AM. Doors will open at 8:20 AM—please allow us this time to set up.

-Multiple violations of gym/bench rules may result in a bench technical foul in your next game.

Score Table Volunteers

-Each team must provide at least one parent per game to help run the clock or keep the book.

-Please remind your parents that the table crew are volunteers. Any disrespect or unsportsmanlike conduct toward them will not be tolerated.

Respect & Conduct

-Parents, coaches, and players must show respect toward each other and referees. We’re all human, and mistakes will happen.

-If you have concerns, please come to the admissions table, and league staff will handle the issue directly.

League Communication

-Coaches/administrators: Please download the Exposure Events app and have parents do the same.

-Once downloaded, search “365 Hoops Basketball League Fall 2025” and favorite it for quick access.

-This will be the main hub for schedules, standings, brackets, playoff info, and any game changes or announcements.

Rosters

-Roster links will be sent out soon. Please add all players, whether they’re playing one game or the entire season.

-If you’re still waiting on uniforms, list the player’s name and use “0” as their jersey number.
