Winners of each division at this weekend's AthElite Memorial Day Challenge will come out with custom team uniforms! After winning the championship, team coaches will be given a one-page order form to complete with sizes and colors for their team!
PLEASE NOTE: EACH WINNING TEAM IS CAPPED AT 10 UNIFORMS. ADDITIONAL UNIFORMS CAN BE PURHCASED.

Teams traveling to Owensboro on Friday are encouraged to check out Friday After 5 - a free event featuring several venues of entertainment, food trucks and a kid-friendly Street Fair! Teams from all over have taken advantage of this opening night event the last two years. No tickets. No fees. No kidding. All events are free! This is a great opportunity to get a "first-look" at the venue (from outside), size up some competition, and do some team bonding while on the road! Please share the info below with your teams and players!
The Jimmy Church Band
THE JIMMY CHURCH BAND has expanded its repertoire, broadening the band's base to provide a fresh new variety of shows and entertainment to reach more people. The band is a 10-piece entertainment entity. In addition to performing the loved classic sounds of Motown, Jimmy Church is so well known for, the new songs have been added into the show to also include well-known, loved selections from Pop to Rock 'N Roll. Everyone is sure to love the new shows of The Jimmy Church Band.

Music fills the air on the Owensboro Riverfront, along Veterans Blvd from the RiverPark Center, through the Park, the Overlook, and McConnell Plaza, up St Elizabeth and Locust, past the Owensboro Convention Center, to the Holiday Inn, with special events at the Bluegrass Museum backyard in downtown Owensboro, KY, an All-America City!

The fourth-annual AthElite Memorial Day Challenge will be held again at the state-of-the-art Owensboro Convention Center! Situated right on the scenic Ohio River and in close walking proximitiy to plenty of food, hotel, and entertainment options, the Owensboro Convention Center is a premiere venue for basketball!
The Owensboro Convention Center has a few basic guidelines that they have shared with us to ensure a succesful weekend. The Owensboro Convention Center will allow athletes to bring in a single bottle of water only for the event, but other guests aren't allowed to bring in food or beverages. Concessions are available on-site. Guests are NOT allowed to bring in coolers or bag chairs. Please share this information with your players and their families to ensure no one is caught off guard.

After selling out in the first four years, The AthElite Memorial Day Challenge is back for year FIVE at Western Kentucky’s award-winning, state-of-the-art venue – the Owensboro Convention Center! To celebrate our 5th year in Owensboro, we are giving away (10) FREE custom uniforms to the winners of the top bracket of each division! The Challenge will take place from May 23rd – May 24th and will utilize the sports courts installed in three expo halls at the Owensboro Convention Center. Teams from 10+ states have attended the last three years and divisions are available for boys and girls in 3rd-12th grade.

After selling out in the first four years, The AthElite Memorial Day Challenge is back for year FIVE at Western Kentucky’s award-winning, state-of-the-art venue – the Owensboro Convention Center! To celebrate our 5th year in Owensboro, we are giving away (10) FREE custom uniforms to the winners of the top bracket of each division!
What makes our events different?
- Elite one-of-a-kind awards (custom AthElite rings, Uniforms, etc!)
- Play different teams (teams from 10 states in 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025)
- Social Media Coverage (Player of the Game, All-Tournament, MVP, etc.)
- Division winners will be featured on "The Circuit Report" Podcast and all teams will have the opportunity to be featured in the end of the year magazine.
- Tournament director is a head college coach and will attract other coaches to evaluate high school boys and girls games!
