We understand that this will be a competitive event, but we do ask that all coaches, players, and spectators conduct themselves in a positive manner. Behaviors, such as berating staff, fighting, and inappropriate interactions with guests, WILL NOT be tolerated. We want to make it clear that any infractions or willful disregard of rules will result in games being ended and individuals being formally trespassed from the tournament.
Some scorecards are pre printed, However, please make sure your jersey numbers are correct. As bracket play continues, scorecards will have to be written.. IT IS IMPERITIVE THAT YOU FILL OUT PLAYER FIRST AND LAST NAMES ON SCORECARD AND MAKE SURE THAT YOUR JERSEY NUMBERS ARE CORRECT. (scores and player standouts will be tweeted on twitter, and it is imperative to have first and last name legible). Our twitter handle is @252mixtapes_.

Team Roster: Team Roster Teams roster must be completed and/or sent to 252mixtapes@gmail.com by 12:00 noon, Thursday, JULY 24, 2025 .
Score Sheets: Scoresheets will be provided by 252 SUMMER FINALE STAFF.
The tournament Schedule will be located in the exposure app.
Home Team -BOTTOM TEAM OR SECOND TEAM LISTED. The home team is responsible for the game ball.
Coaches Check-In Team's head and assistant coach must check in before his/her first scheduled game at the location of his/her first scheduled game. Any coach that is not listed on the roster will have to pay admission.
2 coaches per team will be provided free entry coaches band. Coaches' bands must be worn throughout the tournament. If bands are misplaced or not worn on the coach's wrist the coach will have to pay entry fee.
Coach Attire: All coaches must wear a polo styled, collared, or team related shirt. (Shirts that state team fan, team mom/dad, etc. are NOT considered a coaches shirt) Coaches must have on coaches band to sit on team bench during game.
Player/s Uniform: Players must have on team uniform and be on team roster to enter the gym for free and play in the games. Players must play in a minimum of one pool game to be eligible to play in bracket games.
Basketball Balls: Coaches are only allowed to bring up to two balls into the facility. Players/Siblings/Spectators are not allowed to bring a basketball into the facility or dribble the basketball inside the facility
Game Time-Due to the number of teams, and in consideration of all teams, players, coaches, and staff It is imperative that all coaches, players, and parents make the proper arrangements to arrive on time for all games.

IF LATE TO THE GAME, THE GAME WILL BE PLAYED BUT IT WILL BE RECORDED AS A FORFEIT. IT WILL BE RUNNING CLOCK UNTIL GAME IS CAUGHT UP. (UNLESS OVERRULED BY TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR)
A player who meets all eligibility guidelines may only participate in up to two different grade levels within the tournament provided both teams belong to the same organization. However a player may not participate in a semifinal/championship game unless he/she participated in at least one game prior to the semi-final or championship game.
If a coach receives a technical foul they must sit.
If any coach or player is ejected from a game for unsportsmanlike conduct, he/she must leave the visible game area for the duration of the game.
If a coach or player is ejected a second time, he/she will be ineligible for participating in the remainder of the tournament.
Any coach/player ejected for fighting will be removed for the remainder of the tournament.

1ST OT = 2 MIN. (EACH TEAM ALLOWED 1 TIMEOUT)
2ND OT = SUDDEN DEATH – ONLY CAN WIN ON A MADE FIELD GOAL OR WIN BY 2
ANY TIME LEADS IS ABOVE 20 POINTS CLOCK RUNS. UNDER 20 CLOCK STOPS
(3) THIRTY SECOND TIME OUTS ALLOWED PER GAME
BONUS AFTER 7 FOULS, DOUBLE BONUS AFTER 10 FOULS
